What a treasure this spot is! So glad I finally got to try it as I've been following them since their pop-up days but never got a chance to go to one! The service was *chef's kiss* and the baristas were great. The person at the register made great recommendations when I requested the blueberry seasonal drink which was no longer on offer. Turned out to be a good thing because I much prefer hot coffee drinks and the Fall seasonal drink (Foolish Tiger) was perfect. Balanced, not too sweet, espresso was pulled well! I will be back! Be aware: It's a small space with just a few seats, so be prepared to take it to go.

Amazing coffee. They roast there own - nutty milk chocolate notes. Not aggressively acidic. Peaceful vibe. Lovely staff.

Persimmon has excellent coffee and very simple atmosphere but that's definitely not a bad thing. They're a little pricey, but if that's you're thing, then it'll be worth it.
