Old City Coffee

Very nice coffee here, and very good location! Just wish there was more seating, but I guess it is hard since it is in a big indoor market with little space. Otherwise, I love their cappuccino…

The coffee was okay, but it was definitely a very dark roast, not medium as described.

The cups were very low quality, they leaked at the seam, lid wouldn’t stay on, and stained our clothes due to leakage. Make sure you bring your own cup.

Great consistent coffee. They also make a delicious cortado, cappuccino, and moccachino. Can be busy, however the barristas are cashiers are quick to take and fill an order.

On the morning of October 31, 2022 I went to Old city coffee, Reading terminal where I purchased a coffee of the day as I have done many times before where the guy that served me after I paid for my coffee begin project his hate by remanding me after I remember the day before that my coffee tasted better with liquid sugar again request for liquid sugar. He began to aggressively attack me with his word tell me how I should of been requested that telling me what I should of did. This guy took the opportunity be I was a customer at your establishment to project his extreme hatred and ignorance because I purchased coffee. Also when I reported his behavior to a what believe was a manager the next she made facial gestures as if what I explained was acceptable behavior...she forced me not to pay for my coffee as I could see she could care less what this employee did. Why would he treat a customer like that is it because he needed to single me out to project his hate unbelievable and your manager co signed to it all projected behavior of hate. Why? Who does this type of behavior....all cause I'm asking how I want my coffee...I guess that's a privilege that a person like me doesn't get cause I black because it should have been sooo very simple my skin color threw him off

Best coffee in the city! Had a cup of regular coffee and a latte and both were amazing.

Best latte I’ve had in a really long time! It was so good. I went once with my friend from Florida and I was skeptical and this blew me away. I came back again today and it was still amazing. I highly recommend this place for coffee.

Best coffee in Philly!!! Love their cappuccino malted milkshake... strong flavor, way better than anything from Starbucks! Wish they would open more locations outside the city also.

Really good coffee. Super nice and friendly employees. Efficient and fast. Was a treat to get coffee here each morning of my stay in Philadelphia.
