Meh ... i drink alot of coffee . I like to concider myself a fanatic. For a "barista" to have just house, decaf, and specialty without a pour over option or the ability to test the flavors before buying a random pricy bag of coffee. But to be entirely honest had the costa rica blend . Was not impressed at all there is a level of earthy I'm willing to accept however swallowing 12 ounces of weakly brewed coffee tasting of costa rican soil is past that limit even for me I've had instant coffee taste better and it sucks. but atmosphere is ok people nice not everyone has the same taste

This place is so lovely. I’ve been coming ever since it opened like a decade ago, but I recently discovered they make the best iced mocha. I highly recommend trying that. The cafe is currently only open for pickup, but it’s worth going for the coffee alone. When it opens, the inside is so pleasant, especially by the second floor window.

The cafe is very charming and a great study spot for a student. Also a great place to catch up with friends. The upstairs seating area has a nice view of the Germantown Avenue. Also, the service was great. The woman who assisted me at the register was always smiling and very attentive, it was very different from usual service at such places. I got raisin and walnut toast with really and butter and it was delicious.

Nice cozy and quiet place to have some good coffee, relax and eventually do some work. There is room upstairs too.

Overall pretty good. Staff sometimes represents the area well in their attitude. The coffee could be better, but wasn't bad. The upstairs seemed to be where people studied and/or worked. Very quiet, no talking going on. The parking can be a hassle, but its no bad behind the store. If thr coffee was a bit better, it would be a 5 star review

Very good, not great, local coffee shop. Excellent beans...but they're still selling some roasted three weeks ago, and they're not even in airtight bags. And they sit out in a brightly sun-lit window! Not optimal. Their drinks are ok, not excellent. Pleasant staff and environment in pre-pandemic days, good location. Could be a first rate place, but not there yet. Best in town, for sure.

The service here is fabulous. The ladies that took my order were so pleasant. They were so knowledgeable about this establishment, it was like they raised this baby. I truly appreciated them knowing their craft. The food was excellent! I had to inquire about the almond croissant, it was amazing! The flavor burst right into the tastebuds...Oh so amazingly delicious! This place is a fabulous way of treating yourself.

Prices could be much better, $6.50 for an espresso and small seltzer seems kinda exorbitant. Coffee is decent, but could be better. Employees don't seem to be the friendliest in my experience. Nice selection of pastries. Difficult to find a seat with the numerous laptop users.

The coffee was delicious and the 2 muffins we got were tasty. The lower and upper level were packed with people. When I asked if there was seating upstairs as it was our first visit, the barista scoffed, told me "i dunno" and handed me bags for our bakery items just in case. We found seating upstairs and the volume level of people was really intense. We only stayed for about 15-20 min. Wonderful area to explore, but next time our coffee will be to go.
