Delicious coffee. Good ambiance, friendly service, great prices. As someone with allergies it's nice to finally find a place that doesn't charge extra for alternative milk. They roast their own beans, of course, using a gorgeous roaster imported from Turkey. Fun original artwork. Can't recommend enough!

Embarking on a captivating journey, I had the pleasure of visiting Steel Cup Coffee Roasters, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, a warm and inviting atmosphere embraced me, setting the stage for an exceptional morning.

To kickstart my day, I indulged in their renowned Black and Gold pour-over coffee. The rich aroma that enveloped the air was an enticing invitation to delve into a world of flavor. The meticulously brewed coffee yielded a smooth and well-balanced cup that delighted my senses. With each sip, I discovered the harmonious dance of caramel and dark chocolate notes on my palate. It became evident that the baristas at Steel Cup take their craft seriously, striving to deliver an exquisite coffee experience with every cup.

Accompanying my coffee, I savored a slice of their mouthwatering veggie quiche, a culinary masterpiece in its own right. Bursting with a vibrant medley of fresh vegetables, perfectly seasoned and encased in a flaky, buttery crust, the quiche was a celebration of flavors. Each bite provided a symphony of tastes that complemented the coffee flawlessly. It was clear that the kitchen staff at Steel Cup takes great pride in using high-quality ingredients and paying meticulous attention to every detail.

The service at Steel Cup was nothing short of impeccable. The staff's friendly demeanor, coupled with their profound knowledge and passion for coffee, created a memorable experience. They took the time to guide me through the various coffee varieties and brewing techniques, making my visit not only enjoyable but also educational. The baristas' enthusiasm for their craft was contagious, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment.

The overall ambiance of Steel Cup was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and stylish decor that exuded rustic charm. Adorned with captivating local artwork, the walls added a touch of personality to the space. Whether you're seeking a tranquil spot to work or a place to connect with friends, Steel Cup offers the perfect setting.

In conclusion, my captivating journey at Steel Cup Coffee Roasters exceeded all expectations. From the exquisite Black and Gold pour-over coffee to the tantalizing veggie quiche, every aspect of my experience was a testament to their commitment to quality and their unwavering passion for their craft. If you're a coffee enthusiast or simply seeking a haven of exceptional offerings, I wholeheartedly recommend Steel Cup Coffee Roasters.

This is a gem in Downtown New Kensington. Small space but very nicely arranged. Good coffee, good prices and excellent service. I would add another person on staff for the weekend. I was second in line with about a 10 minute wait before being helped and by the time I left there were four people behind me. Also, you might want to turn the AC on as it was hot and humid on this day. Love seeing businesses like this in this area and I will continue to support them.

Found out new coffee spot! I ordered the Butterbeer coldbrew and my honey ordered a cold blueberry tea drink. Mine is full of layers of flavors and my husband's is extremely fresh and just enough sweetness.

Adorable coffee shop in downtown New Kensington. The staff is friendly, and my coffees were freshly bagged/ground the day I was arrived. You'll never have fresher roasted coffee! If you can't make it locally for a visit, they also ship!

Love the coffee but I am watching one worker try to take care of 11 people 3 have already left because they’re tired of waiting. It’s not supposed to be an all day event to get a cuppa coffee. And it’s nice to have a register person talk with a customer, but you can’t carry on a lengthy conversation, while that customer is drinking her coffee and other people are waiting. I know you need to run on a shoestring budget. But who wants to wait 20 minutes for a cuppa coffee?? Two more people left without service? While an oversize dog is in here also. I’ve seen gnats flying in here, or are those fleas? This is a kennel too? Does your insurance company know that you let dogs in here? It’s one thing being nice, it’s another thing not being smart. One person gets attacked or bit in here by a dog, you are going to be paying. I have seen two people working here before. When there’s nobody here. Your rationale in service with the customer is a little backwards.

This coffee shop is great! We recently purchased the Ethiopian and Colombian blends and they were so aromatic and delicious! Would definitely recommend to others. Nice to be able to shop and support local businesses.

I love small coffee shops. The drinks are simple and very good. They have homemade baked goods, coffee beans for home brews, and cute gifts. This is going to be a regular stop for me!

What a true gem!!!! I just started a new job near this awesome coffee shop!! I am now a regular there after one week 😆
Amy is a sweetheart and a bright spot in my morning to start off with. Some of the other “regular “ customers have become my best conversations!
The coffee and treats are perfect! Even a delicious gluten free option!!!!!!!!!
