Been going to the coffee tree for years. My daughter and I stopped there. She got a latte and I got a vanilla steamer. I love the ambience of the store. In the summertime we sit outside on the sidewalk and people watch. The stores in the heart of Mount Lebanon. We live in Peters Township and my late husband and I would drive from Peters to go get a cuppa coffee in Mount Lebanon. That’s how much we enjoyed it! Seriously delicious coffee, but I do love their steamers too!!

Below average house brew. I got the light roast and it tasted sour. Very disappointed with my purchase. Maybe the espresso is a little better. Overall the store has a nice ambiance but I wouldn't go back for a cup of black coffee

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee with my wife and it was a good choice. The staff was very friendly and quick. The coffee tasted good and was decently priced. The pastries we got tasted great as well

I have never been to Coffee Tree Roasters in Mt. Lebanon, but when I get to Pittsburgh again, I would like to go here.

Shannon speaks highly of this coffee shop. She works here, and I am positive that she treats the customers with the utmost respect.

Horrible! Used to be the best around but now it's less than truck-stop coffee at the coffee tree price. Seriously disappointed with yesterday's and today's black coffee purchases. They are cutting corners. The coffee tastes like that stale stuff one might get from Marshall's sale shelf. I thought maybe yesterday was just an off day until the same swill hit my tastebuds this morning. This Coffee Tree Roaster has lost another customer. Such a disappointment!
Zero stars.

Highly recommend! I myself have quite a sweet tooth, so my personal favorites are the cafe caramel and the pumpkin white hot chocolate. The shop also has a very nice environment!

Opens at 5:30 AM! No other coffee shop in the vicinity opens until 7??
Overall, good coffee, no wait and plenty of seating. Even outdoors. Check out the pictures of old Pittsburgh along the wall.

I loved the atmosphere and the people. It’s a nice place to have a good coffee and pastries

This continues to be the worst CT in Pittsburgh. The staff is mostly incompetent, lazy and rude. It’s a bunch of helpless rich kids who’s parents live in the area. They are more concerned with being “progressive” than they are with making decent quality products. Here’s a picture of a leftover ice from my frappe that didn’t get blended because the employees were too lazy.

Coffee was okay but prices are NOT advertised correctly. When I asked the barista just shrugged "oh yeah they raised the prices but didn't update this" (pointing to the menu behind her).
I had a cortadito which was advertised as $3.85 and rang up for $4.25

The business owners need to fix the signage; I don't think it's fair or ethical to advertise the incorrect prices. And obviously it's not the barista's fault!
