The building is beautiful in and out. The indoor color selections combined with the mellow music makes you relax instantly. But - enough about the building!
I had Mediterranean Shrimp Salad that was perfectly chilled without being too cold. Every piece was fresh and the overall salad had a great variety of color and foods. Home made dressing just added to the excellence of this selection. I would order this again and again!!
I also had Garlic/Spinach pizza that had a perfect thin crust, great garlic taste and the spinach was fresh.
I did order Apple Caramel pie that looks like a work of art ( it is said that you eat with your eyes first). Again, perfect combination of sweet and slight salt taste. I’m ordering one of these for Thanksgiving dessert.
My last treat was Matcha Tea Latte, a rare find in Pike County! Perfect tea to end a perfect meal.
Carini Brick Oven has it all!! So glad they are here!!

I seriously was disappointed. Expected a lot more food for the ridiculous prices. The NY style pizza was so thin i questioned whether there was even a pizza in the box it weighed nothing. The caesar salad was really nothing great for $11 i at least expected a decent portion of chicken on it. The spicy calamari was so small, definitely not worth the price. It was worth a shot but I get better pizza at Pete's Pizza in Gold Key.

For the longest time I cannot remember sending back a meal due to taste and texture. The staff did take it back and offered us something else. But when I got my check I was still charged for the meal we returned. Restaurant poorly understaffed

So I finally got to try this place after a long time.
I could have lived without it. I was going to order the NY for $14 but instead I Ordered an “old world” pizza which is obviously a margarita. The sauce was good as was the mozzarella.... it was the crust that was not. It was very dry like a cracker and it was disappointing for $22! The price structure is also very strange. For $1 dollar more you can get an old world with multiple toppings. Shouldn’t the plain pie be like $15 or $16 then $2 or $3 bucks per toppings or a combo type for $20 to $25? I found it odd. Being in the pizza business for 35 years I found it strange.
I then ordered a manicotti entree and an eggplant parm hero to take home. The manicotti were just a generally ok dish like you would find at any pizza shop no big deal. The eggplant parm was mostly bread. They were very cheap with the whole inside of the sandwich. Very Light with all three ingredients.
I found the flavors to be not so much Italian but everything had a middle eastern tweak which in itself can be amazing but they dropped the ball across the board for me. Our waitress Haley was very sweet and provided excellent service.

We've been here a few times and it's been fine however recently ordered for delivery and listen up! When you order a Chicken Parm HERO it should come on a HERO not a round roll. It's just wrong! Also, there should be a substantial piece of chicken not small slivers as if there was not enough Chicken to complete a full sandwich. If you were out of chicken and heros, no problem. Better to say so than to get a bad review which might influence others. Continued success

Carini is excellent! Food was great. Our server, Liza was very pleasant. My husband had the Chicken Florentine with penne pasta. I had the Apple Chicken salad. We shared a Pumpkin Gelato that was delicious! Highly recommend this place.

Been here twice n its not bad for PA so a 3 star rating is actually pretty good. I like their pizza better then some local spots by me. The food is decent from what I have experienced so far, thats why I give them a 3.

Fantastic food…this is not your average pizzeria, it’s an Italian restaurant with a great menu. A must try and a must return! Nothing in the area compares. The calamari, bolognese and saltimbocca are phenomenal.

Ok so I don’t usually write reviews. However when this area finally has a tastefully appointed place to eat, and a good one at that, I start seeing crazy stuff that’s been written and had to chime in. First, I don’t understand the pushback on service, seating and paper plates. If you take the time to read their story, which has been available at the bar since they’ve opened, you’d know the township and state have limited their operations. I’ve been to Carini’s several times and their coffee is amazing. I love that you roast your own coffee and so does my coffee fanatic husband, he was impressed. Your pizza is amazing, love the NY Style with onion and mushroom, yum! And I haven’t had a sandwich I didn’t like. Haha Your food always tastes fresh, the place is always clean and the atmosphere is a much needed change to what’s normally offered in this area. So thank you for coming back and adding a much needed place for us to eat! Oh and I have to say your Apple crumb pie, when you have it, is so good! Had your Blueberry Ricotta gelato too at the old place, hope you have it again. Thank you for hanging in there, you guys have been treated unfairly by the township/state. We look forward to when you can operate at full capacity! We are definitely, several times over, returning happy customers!

Went there last night with friends. Small wait to get in, that was expected. Got seated outside, but had to go inside because it was too cold. Waited some times for drinks. After over an hour, we asked for at least bread. Waited it finally arrived. At this point we were so hungry the bread was gone in 2 seconds and so we're our drinks. We order more drinks (soda) got them after a while and finally got more bread. Still waiting for our food and was told serial times 5 more minutes. We asked to speak to manager, I believe his name was Carlos. After at least 10 mins he came and asked what we needed. We told him about the service, or should I say lack of. We explained when the bread finally came, we had no utensils or plate for our bread. How were we suppose to butter or bread? He got very defensive and just kept on saying, I don't want to argue with you, your food will be out shortly.I must say, the food was good, but left a bad taste after such slow and bad service. We received the bill he took 10% off but it turns out was charged for all refills of soda. We wouldn't have drank so much soda if our meals came out in a decent amount of time.people that came in after us ate their appetizers and received their meals before our bread came.carlos did say, well they got appetizers that's why they're eating. Were we suppose to order appetizers in order to get our meals in an appropriate amount of time? As stated before the food was good, but don't think I worth waiting over 1 hr 20 minutes to eat it. Don't think we'll be back.
