Originally my rating was much higher but after a third time maybe I'm thinking Sunday night isn't a good night for this establishment. It wasn't very busy and we felt that we were being rushed through our appetizers to order an entree.. after being asked four times. when I got my entree of manicott it was lukewarm at best and utensils were removed after appetizer my fault but still no utensils in order to eat.. had to send back to reheat.. The ground sausage on the pizza was kind of a textural let down and after our first round of drinks during our entree our glasses sat empty while looking for a waitress.. and we were one of three tables in the whole place. I think the place could use a few creative cocktails on the menu and possibly a special or two which shows interest in their regular customers who would like something a bit different..

I have been comin up Rt. 739 for over 30 years. Caring Brick Oven Cafe is different from what I am use to but in a great way glad i stopped by. From the minute you walk in the atmosphere is set with the music. The menu is accessed either by
QR code or an actual menu. I had the NY pizza with mushrooms and my wife had penne vodka with chicken. Almost finished the whole pie my wife finished the penne Vodka with chicken. Also had the chocolate Gelato caramel with chocolate chips. I recommend this!! Our waitress Liza was awesome she deserves a raise.

The food was phenomenal, staff was amazing. If i had one gripe it was the fountain soda was way too sharpie and undrinkable but I don't blame the place for that. The gelato is delicious and the cappuccino and lattes were spot on.

First time here. Kids loved the pizza. Wife had the chicken marsala and liked it. Chicken parm was good, too. Service was good.

Can picture that during "normal" times atmosphere of the restaurant is much better. Empty with stacked furniture is a bit depressing - not their fault, just complying with the rules.

Place is over priced for the amount of food you get no salad included with your meal that’s ok but then you have to beg for bread had a party of three people and we each got 1 slice of bread food is tasteless find another place to dine out don’t waste your time here

Took the family in tonight, started with the spicy calamari..very good, not too hot ,great heat at the end. Next, we had the old world pizza..WOW.. It was fantastic , to say the least.. Doesn't get any better than that. Then the wife and I decided to finish it off with some Americano coffee..superb. Great people and staff!!

Terrible customer service. My dad and I went in and ordered a few pizzas to go then sat to wait the twenty minutes for it. About ten minutes after we order another table sits down, and a few minutes later order. Sitting there I saw plenty of pies go out ahead of us, and was even fine with it if along near 45 minutes as opposed to the 20 quoted. What was not fine was the server telling me I could wait a few more minutes and that table had gotten less pizzas so theirs got made first........I mean seriously!?! I've worked in the service Industry over 25 years, and this kind of customer service is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. They will not be getting my money again and I urge everyone who reads this to avoid them.

If you've never been here, you need to stop in. Modern, cozy, and classy. It is a hidden gem with indoor and outdoor dining. There is plenty of space inside. The service is above and beyond. There is an array of beer, wine, and liquor to try. The food is homemade and incredible. The price is correct for the service and warm hospitality that you receive. You will wonder why you didn't go sooner. If you're looking for somewhere to take a girl out to on a date, this is a good place.

I have no idea what some of these other reviews are talking about. Are they rating the food? Or how many parking spots are available?!? Seriously?!? Look, the pizza is delicious. The bar has a good selection of craft beers and the staff are VERY friendly. You can tell a lot from a plain pizza and in my opinion they know what they are doing in the pizza game.

I am so glad we stopped by and ate at Carini's! What a hidden gem! The food was way beyond expectations especially for the area. We felt like we are home, in Brooklyn! Pizza phenomenal, sandwiches and pasta extremely tasteful. Very generous portions with more than reasonable prices.
Finally as pleasant was to briefly meet the young owner it was sad to find out also that a great looking place suffer from local regulations and not to be able to have full sit down service and active bar! We hope things go his way and we will definitely visit again!
