This is hands down the best coffee shop in Lancaster. The whole milk triple mocha is my choice every morning. Plus the staff is excitant and so friendly. I don't even have to order anymore they know what I want and even know my name

My favorite coffee shop in Lancaster. Mean Cup has great iced lattes; if you’re feeling wild, try one of their fun seasonal ones. They create great WiFi passwords. Food options are only ok, but they are next door to multiple restaurants that are worth a visit.

The tea is great. Service was great and thoughtful and ridiculously fast. Temp is perfect. Price was low.
Not sure what the other comments meant by calm. It's 10:45am and this place is busy & noisy (cement and metal deco). Doesn't bother me any, but I noticed other comments implied otherwise.

Nice Cafe with good atmosphere , but what's the point in offering free wifi if your website content filtering is so strict you cant access 80% of university websites to do any home work? Also little noisy if you are looking for a quiet cafe.

Coffee: 5 stars. If you can make an americano delightful then your product is good and your staff knows what they are doing.
Staff: 5 stars. Always awesome and friendly with none of that hipper-holier than thou attitude at other local indie spots
Atmosphere: 4 stars. Lovely, but could do with more warm and cozy nooks like the one near the back door.
Improvements: Could stay open even later... that would be awesome.
Overall, so BADLY needed in Lancaster City!
