There's a bike rack, outdoor seating, a wifi password that will make you smile. Also I hear that kiddos love the little play area. (can now verify. kiddos love that tinie coffee set. 5/2023)

Prices were surprisingly very good, my fruit salad was amazing, and my french vanilla iced latte was even better. I usually don't like coffee shops like this, but I really enjoyed my time and my items here. Staff wasn't the most personable, but that could have been because it was a really busy time. They were not rude at all, just kind of about their business. I would recommend this place, good food and also would be a nice study spot for students. I will definitely return!

I loved the hot chocolate and the mocha that we ordered. I liked how they have a variety of drinks and I also liked the set-up of the place! I love coffee shops so I pay great attention to things that people like me would like. I loved the placement of the tables and chairs - not too near, not too far. There's also a table against the windows and I was happy sitting there, waving at the dogs and dog-walkers passing by. There were outlets which is a plus for laptop-users. Restrooms are inclusive. Already planning when I can go back next week.

Although i don't know my coffee very well i usually order a mocha, but the staff here are extremely nice and polite and finish your order pretty quickly.

Great coffee and customer service ... had a savory breakfast thing (can't remember exactly what it was) that was excellent!

Great atmosphere for studying and meeting people. Staff are friendly and professional. The shop has an industrial atmosphere.

Adding to my review: I have been going here for a few years now and I can say this is one of my favorite coffee shops in Lancaster County. They make a good variety of drinks and I have to say that all of them have taste great. The cookies and muffins that the have are also really nice to pair with a cup of coffee in the morning. Mean Cup goes through different seasons in terms of who is hanging out there. Lots of F&M students during the semester and mostly local residents in the Summer and holiday breaks. The staff still continue to impress with the inviting atmosphere they create.

This is my everyday coffee shop. I love the staff who are always quick with a hello. Good coffee. Cute little seating area outside that's great for morning meet ups when it's decent weather. I love that they enforce mask wearing and wear masks themselves.

When I'm looking for a good study spot to write, read, and have good coffee, I go to Mean Cup. Their coffee is always good and is very affordable for the quality cup you get! Not to mention how inviting and enjoyable their space is. Comfy sitting chairs, plenty of outlets, and cool AC on a hot day makes for a fantastic experience. I will be working hard to be a regular!

Great local coffee shop. The lines move fast and there's plenty of room inside and out to enjoy your drink.

Mean Cup is such a breath of fresh air. Favorite Lancaster café, to be sure. Try the Dirty Girl and a slice of their awesome coffee cake!
