Our service was excellent but the food was disappointing. 2 of the entrées were barely warm (1 filet and 1 duck). The duck was very "gamey" tasting, very disappointing. You had to buy the bread service if you wanted rolls with your dinner ($6). Probably won't return as there are many other great restaurants in town.

Service was excellent! Very nice people. Food was outstanding! Great way to spend a birthday.

Our server Patrick was the best parts of our visit. Reservation was for 7:00 p.m. Drinks, appetizer and bread came fairly quick. After waiting a hour & half for our food, we were told is was going to be an additional 2 minutes. When the food came out the steak was cold as if it had been just sitting out since the order was placed. So far the hotel has been amazing..resturant not so much.

The experience continues to fade. Haven't been in like 6 months, came back and once again noticed a few small changes, once again in the wrong direction. This buffet used to be amazing, with a fantastic selection of desserts, but it continues to lose charm. On this trip we noticed that they no longer offer the crab claws. They did have some good beef at the carving station, but their taco station had tacos that just didn't taste good, and many of the chafing dishes had items that were a bit on the overcooked side. The thing that really disappointed me was that they made no effort to restock the desserts. Photos attached show empty areas where they just ran out of multiple items. I also noted that they finally got rid of anything resembling the famous chocolate cream pie they carried for ages. This is not an inexpensive buffet, I at least expect them to keep food stocked at the locations.

The breakfast buffet was not bad. It has your essentials and an omelette station. It’s only missing a cheese and vegetable section. You can also order from a menu if you prefer. The waiting staff are very friendly there.

I have eaten here three times and loved it. They treat you like royalty and take your coat and setting the napkin on your lap and continued to fill our water and check in on us. Two years ago the lamb was fantastic and this year the orange honey roasted duck was wonderful and the maple cheesecake was great as well. They give a piece of sea salt caramel in honor of Milton Hershey's original caramel business. The prices are extremely high but it's a once a year treat.

I would not like to give less than five stars. I had the best buffet of my life. Amazing food quality and environment. The dishes were incredibly different, not like the ones we see in regular restaurants. If I get a chance again, I would love to go again and again.

Thursday morning breakfast. Ordered off the menu instead of doing the $22 buffet. The breakfast potatoes tasted & felt like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours, and I've had far better bacon at a Waffle House. If you're all about volume of food, probably not bad. If you're approaching it assuming the price point signals some attention to quality, you'll likely be disappointed.

Service was attentive.

We have visited Hershey Hotel in the past for their brunch. We were very disappointed this trip and probably won’t return. The ambiance is good. The staff is friendly but the food was average at best. For almost fifty dollars per person we hoped for better food. Every chaffing dish only kept the food warm at best. They never refilled the soup basins. The coffee wasn’t even warm. The eggs Benedict sat on muffins hard as rocks. Not one food was even slightly heated. Most selections were 9/10 empty. Very, very disappointing to say the least.

Wonderful restaurant. Very friendly staff. We dined here recently and enjoyed their 3 course special. The steak frites was great along with the red fish. The desserts were absolutely phenomenal!!!
