Great food and atmosphere if you're looking for something upscale! Went here for Restaurant week 2020, the food was great. Scallops were perfect and the Maine lobster bisque was amazing! Definitely need to check this place out if you haven't already!

We had the breakfast buffet which was very good food. The omelet was very tasty. The service was excellent and attentive. The decor and view were exceptional.
Unfortunately, we suspect that there may have been some cross contamination or bacterial taint in one of the dishes. We both were nauseous afterward and in gastrointestinal distress. It really says something that this had no effect on the five star rating.

Absolutely recommend! My coworkers ordered cocktails- a margarita and an old fashioned. They both complained they were too sweet. However I loved my chocolate themed cocktail. And everyone raved about the food. We all ordered different entrees and ordered 5 sides for the table. Everything was amazing. We were too full to order dessert but our server brought us salted caramels. I cannot wait to go back for another special occasion.

Had the breakfast buffet while staying at the hotel. Good assortment of food choices but the service and attention to detail by the staff really set the bar. Special notice to Rose, our server, who was so friendly and genuinely helpful.

The food was outstanding as always however, the real star of the evening was our server Brittney. This woman defined classy with her sophisticated and professional demeanor to her beautiful smile...I will be sure to ask for her everytime!

My wife and I make it a point to stay at the hershey hotel every holiday season. Every visit we are sure to dine at the circular at least once. The restaurant offers an excellent fine dining experience with wonderful locally sourced menu items. From the drinks to the appetizers to the dinner menu and desserts you wont be disappointed dinning here.

This restaurant is wonderful. Very classy and elegant. Staff is really nice. The gentlemen hostess even pulled my chair out and put a napkin in my lap. Food is AMAZING!!! No matter what you get you're gonna love it. Waitress told us about the specials and then what she liked. Drinks are also good. I highly recommend this place. You wont be sorry. Get dressed up and go out for a date night.

The Circular is a lovely venue which could be so much more. I like that they have modernized their menu from mostly steak to a selection of meat and seafood. Unfortunately one can’t help get the feeling they are being served by staff in training. From the hostess to the servers you just don’t get the sense they are comfortable and confident in their roles. Disappointing for an expensive venue. I enjoy the steak fritte. I would have enjoyed it even more if it had been cooked to my requested degree of doneness.

A lovely experience to start our getaway weekend. Food was very good (with the exception of the cheese plate, which was served cold (hence the lost star) but lovely on the plate. Service was impeccable.

We had a very nice pre-Valentines Day dinner this evening. Our dinner was a very good value. The service was great.
