Outstanding customer service. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Delicious options and beautifully designed interior. The owner often highlights local artists and community meetings.

I love stopping into Ember and Forge on the way to work. The coffee is the best in Erie, and the staff are all lovely. There is one staff member, I really need to get her name, she has short hair and glasses, she is always so sweet!

It’s one of my favorite afternoon work walk locations! The staff is always super friendly, helpful and wonderful! They even converted my tea drinking husband to a coffee lover!

Great pour over coffee. I usually do decaffeinated coffee and they make it fresh one cup at a time. A wonderful full body blend and not acidic. Can't wait to get back.

Unfortunately couldn't go inside due to COVID-19, but their walk-up window is super cute and provides excellent service! The 8-1-Forged house blend is super tasty! Hoping and looking forward to go inside and sit and chill one day

Good coffee, nice location for pre theatre or event coffee. Limited dessert selection but with Ye Old Sweet shop across the street not a problem. Seating can be a challenge at times.

Cute downtown coffee shop with exposed brick and comfy seating. Very reasonable prices and quiet atmosphere. Dog friendly patio in the warmer months :)
