Ate at Daisy's for the first time today. The food was excellent. The shrimp and crab bisque soup was the best I'd ever had.I also had a Ruben sandwich that was very good, so thick I could hardly get my mouth around it. If you eat here you will not leave hungry. Comfortable and friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices.

The place had a convenient store coffee station set up with watered-down coffee at a temp just shy of the sun. Couldn't even hold the paper to go cup for more than a second. I got a bacon egg and cheese sammich on a hard roll with homefries on the side. The chickens they took these eggs from must have been on a diet because the yolks were nonexistent. The bacon was the thinnest they could find and burnt to a crisp and somehow cold. The hard roll was dry and on the brink of stale. The homefries were par-bioled potatoes that were NOT fried at all, doused in rosemary and barely room temperature. By the look of the food, the grill wasn't cleaned from the day before. Don't get me started on the customer service. Looks like all the positive reviews are from friends of the owner. This place gets a 1 out of 10, and that's being nice.

We stopped for lunch. The shrimp bisque soup was the best I've ever had. The ruben sandwich I ordered was delicious. The coffee I had was hot and fresh, and the prices were more than reasonable for the quality of food I had. I will definitely return again.

Ordered to go. Coffee was weak but scalding. We ordered a breakfast sandwich with home fries and a breakfast bowl. We had a less than two minute drive home. Potatoes were barely warm, parboiled and some were not cooked thoroughly. Bread for the breakfast sandwich was not toasted which made the sandwich on the cool side of lukewarm. The only thing warm in the breakfast bowl were the eggs and they forgot the cheese. Other reviews for this place are good so if you are to try it you may want to sit and dine. To go was a fail today.

Me and my wife went here this morning for breakfast, we both agreed it was the best breakfast around and we have been to many restaurants in the area. Absolutely delicious, we talked about how good it was the whole ride home. And very friendly staff. Will definitely be going again soon

I wanted to be fair and optimistic (and I waited a bit before
I posted this review) considering they’re a new business and I understand the growing pains but some issues just shouldn’t happen. First of all the place is FILTHY! Dusty, dirty, yuck. The set up of the exposed kitchen is probably the cause of this. Everything feels covered with grease. Assuming a ventilation system is non existent that accounts for the smell. But you just opened?? Why wouldn’t that be taken care of???
Tuna sandwich was inedible. I ordered without toppings but it was jammed with large wedges of soggy over ripe tomatoes. No big deal, I wouldn’t have minded picking them off. But check the freshness of your produce. The roll was rock hard stale. Which I did recall seeing bags of rolls left out. Even my sandwich smelled like grease. I think the tuna salad itself was fine. Macaroni salad was sour and definitely NOT freshly made. I’m a little shocked at the positive reviews on social media but then again the standards are pretty low for most in NEPA. They’ll probably get by serving the mediocre fryer food and cheap breakfast - which is fine. But what’s the excuse for not making any effort to clean the place? I have nothing notable to say (good or bad) about the staff but I won’t go back. It’s a shame because the area really could use a good lunch spot. (Yes, their prices seemed high but I accept that small businesses struggle these days and I don’t mind paying extra for a good local lunch)

Was treated very well from the moment I walked in. Ordered a Ruben for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Would absolutely recommend again, support your local businesses

The owner was friendly and took great care of us. She even made us lunch because we work 3rd shift and didn't feel like breakfast food. Would highly recommend.

Very good food and service. It was a little chilly though but we will definitely be returning

Great little spot! Decent food, good prices, fun people. We enjoy the breakfast buffet on Sundays!
