Bruegger's Bagels

A group of my friends came in from out of town and we were so excited to try Bruegger’s for the first time! We were expecting a nice chill Sunday breakfast and there wasn’t anyone in line so we thought we’d get a second to look at the menu — we were abruptly greeted by two impatient and rude employees who apparently thought they were working in a New York Deli and didn’t have the time of day to wait around a second and a half for us. My friend ordered a specific item on the menu and it was completely wrong.

Their attitude was appalling and I won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone. I’d rather go to Panera next door and pay a little more for a smile and friendly staff.

Sorry for the mom rant but just a smile can make someone’s day better :)

I bought the pastrami, egg, swiss, and pumpernickel bagel sandwich. It was yummy as always. No dining in, so I ate in the car. I had to ask for napkins, because there were none out. Cashier was friendly and helpful.

On the SH Village side of Bethel Park, we've lost our bagel place, so I began getting bagels here...Always good, and now they've really upped their sandwich offerings. You can call ahead here and they have your bagels ready to go.

After almost a 5 year boycott of this place, I decided to give it a try this morning,
A very sweet girl named Hailey served me, did a great job on the food and chatted with me while it was prepared, super friendly and made me feel welcome.
I'll definitely be back because of her!

While the service was good, their knowledge on how to make a sandwich is sub-par. I ordered a sandwich and got 1 slice of meat- the quantity of tomato is more than twice the meat. Not worth the price I was charged.

Nice clean spot for coffee. Prices are a little high. Disappointed they ended the coffee club.
9/23/2020. Come on corporate, open up inside dining! This covid thing has become a joke, everybody knows it.

I hate to give this place 1 star because the food is always good but Rose the cashier is the absolute worst. Her attitude is so negative and she ensures that every experience I have here is horrible. She makes the check out process take forever even when I’m the only customer in the store and always is extremely rude. I never write reviews, let alone bad reviews and I honestly felt my service here has time after time again been so bad that I’m taking time out of my day to write this.

I love Bruegger's. They carry salt bagels, and breakfast sandwiches too, which means breakfast for the whole family. Very clean, and the staff is very friendly.
