This place is SO good -- the bagel sandwiches are amazing. I wish it was open longer, but I get it -- probably not many folks looking for bagels after 2 PM. The brisket breakfast sandwich is my favorite thus far.

They have a dozen tables and plenty of chairs inside but you can’t use them. We used to eat here weekly and now we may come once every six months. The mean old lady cashier who calls everyone “govner” (like she’s an old timey British person) is a total covid Karen and it’s super annoying. This used to be a great location but unfortunately covid really changed things.

This is BY far the best and only Brugger's Bagels that I will ever go to. I visit the South Park Shops location often and the staff is always super friendly, efficient and helpful. They always have what I need in stock and helps me feed my entire staff. The young lady who is always there on Saturday mornings is so sweet and welcoming. I'm always so happy to see her when I visit and she's just a really wonderful employee and I'm sure an even better person!

Ordered via the Bruegger's app while in the parking lot right outside. It said my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes so I went inside after 12 minutes anticipating I'd wait only a few minutes more. While waiting an additional 10 minutes past the 15 minutes I had been advised, I viewed numerous walk-ins order and receive their food. I saw another individual who ordered with the app come in after me who was addressed and given his food before me despite me being there several minutes before him. At that point I did not feel valued as a customer and requested a refund, but was told by the manager they could not refund orders placed via the app. I was about to lose it when another employee walked up with my order so I accepted it and left after uttering a few choice words. As I walked away, the manager yelled the obligatory, but empty, "I'm sorry sir. Thanks for stopping in. We're trying the best we can." This was only for her sorry benefit as there is no excuse for what goes on in that store. I thought it could only get better when Rose left, but this place is still unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN. There are plenty of locally owned, non-chain restaurants in the area to patronize.

They charged me 9 dollars for a bagel with a single slice of ham on it and when I told them we had never paid that much before they claimed we were being rung up wrong. The bagels are good but not worth 9 bucks

Great bagels, decent value. The only reason I didn't give five stars is every time I go in they kind of rush you even if nobody is behind you waiting in line. I like to look at the bagels and see what they have available and they're always saying what else you want what else you want what else you want.

Both staff members were rude and extremely unpleasant. I barely got a chance to look at the menu before she started demanding answers from me regarding what I wanted, as impatiently as she could possibly muster. The lady at the register demanded a full run down of the three sandwiches I ordered instead of just communicating with her co worker. When I got to the end she rolled her eyes and threw her hands in the air when I replied “um.. to pay for my food” when she rudely asked me what she could help me with. Obviously I’d like to pay for my meal.. like I’m just standing here for my health?! I was the only one in line.. there was no reason for it what so ever. I’m very disappointed because I love this place and I’ve never had a bad experience before. The owner really needs to evaluate staff and make sure they are treating their customers well! They lost a good customer due to this! I will not be going back any time soon.

The clerk was so efficient! She took 2 orders at a time and put the bagels in the toaster. While toasting, she rang up 2 other customers! Amazing!

I've baked New York style bagels for 7 years... before I work somewhere I always try the food. Are the bagels here good? They're decent. The sandwiches are absolutely pathetic.

"Fresh farm-raised" Lox tastes like soylent green and the single broken slice that comes on the Lox sandwich isn't too thrilling for the $10 price tag. The pictures these people post on DoorDash should be removed as false advertising.

All I can think is it must be miserable to work here. Unhappy employees make unhappy sandwiches.
