URBN Flavourhaus Burgers | Chicken | Tacos

I hate posting such a low review but it just wasn't great. Our server was very nice and that was the high point. We made reservations for a Friday night and thank goodness we did because it was busy. It was loud and hard to talk at our table in the corner. We ordered chicken fingers that were tough and ended up leaving them and just eating the fries that came with it. We chose this restaurant for their milkshake stacks but didn't know until after we ordered that they weren't making shakes that night because they needed the milk shake staff to bus tables and run food. It just wasn't the food or atmosphere we thought we were getting. It felt more like a crowded Eat In Park than The Field.

The quality of the food has gone down hill tremendously. The burger tasted and looked like a frozen patty and the bun looked to be straight from a pack of Great Value brand from Walmart. I paid $6 for soda because refills are not free. A bit crazy to me. The “fries” I got were all small little pieces and not many. Very disappointed with the experience last evening.

Cute cozy new look. It has been upgraded. Wasn't impressed your Sandwich selection there is No Sides for the price yeah definitely not impressed. Order the cowboy burgers ask for medium well but 1 was more raw. So when the slip came it said pink So questioning 🤔. You had a lot of staff. Sorry to say I would not recommend. It's not cost friendly for a family.

Nov 2020 To the New Owners, i did see a few days ago a new sign. And I will give your company a try ^_^

A year ago 2019You can drive past this place. It's clean and spacious inside. The menu is small and not a big selection. I understand you can not please everyone taste on the menu. That being said I ordered the Bbq chicken which they stated it was bark meat. Okay well a little undercooked and the fries are well done. I'm not thrilled with the chicken. I would not return to try anything. My waitress said something to the owner. The owner cleared the bill. Thanks

Great milkshake and fresh burgers. No kids meals. Didn’t accept the Groupon. So don’t be surprised if they don’t accept it. Groupon advertised as both locations but only print shows “URBN Flavorhouse Lamar”. And they can’t seem to redeem.

I really don't get the hype with this place. The food isn't great, it is ridiculously overpriced, and the service is horrible.

If you want a good burger and milkshake, go to State Burger Co.

We showed up for breakfast thinking it would be a good place to grab a bite. It had very limited options but that’s not why I’m giving it a 2 star review. Upon looking at the menu the prices were very high. After seeing the prices we assumed the food would match the price in quality. That was not the case. The french toast sucked, and the Haus bowl had good flavor but was a let down as it was mainly just tater tots. Even though the food was a let down, the latte was great! I would for sure only return for coffee. For two breakfast dishes, a latte and a black coffee the bill was $37 without the tip.

LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE ON EARTH 😍 incredibly reasonable prices along with the best of the best burgers and shakes. You’ll be disappointed if you choose to go anywhere else. Quick 10 min drive from state college. Definitely will be back.....again😁

Ordered online pickup. Showed up 30 minutes later when our order was "ready" and was told, "The printer never printed your order, wait here while we figure it out." A couple minutes later, they returned to the window and told us they found it, and it'd be another 30 minutes. A few moments later, a very rude drive thru waitress returned and told us they were out of ice cream and couldn't make a shake but could do a smoothie instead. We said we'd rather just have a refund for the shake. The waitress said they can't do refunds, and she "wasn't sure what we wanted from them." Eventually, she came back and gave us a $10 gift card for a $12 shake we never got. Whatever. Finally, 40 minutes pass, and we got our food. We were missing half of it, so we went back and asked for our missing items. The same rude waitress we had been dealing with scoffed and got the missing items. We checked the bag again before leaving just to verify, and we were STILL missing items. Went back AGAIN, and the same rude waitress got whatever was left and acted like we were idiots because she forgot our stuff. I wish she had a name tag on because she was absolutely the worst mannered person I've ever dealt with at a restaurant. Check out some other great restaurants in Bellefonte before paying over $50 for a couple of burgers, fries, and shakes. Changed my 5* review from a couple of years ago to this 1* review. We will not be going back.

Service was pretty horrible. The place was nowhere near busy but it took them 10 minutes to take our drink order, which we just ordered the food then as well. They didn’t let us know they were out of tots until we went to order, which the tots were in half the breakfast menu items. Food came out relatively quick. Overall food was subpar. Almost never saw our waitress again to order refills. Definitely not coming here again.
