This place not only has delicious food but exceptional service!!! Every single time I have been to Urbon Flavorhaus they make me feel so welcomed and go above and beyond to serve their guests. The food is unbeatable and there are so many options and flavors to indulge in! My friends and I will definitely be going back to eat here!

Excellent place for interesting burgers, waffles, and shakes.
They have special exotic meat burgers with mix meat and multiple vegan/veggie options too.
The shakes are very large.

I almost walked out within minutes of walking in. The lighting was extremely bright, on the cold side of the light spectrum, and gave me a headache. It will absolutely be an issue for people with photosensitive health issues. Our server was wonderful and dimmed the lights, though the color spectrum was still unpleasant.

Once the lighting issue was resolved, we placed our orders. I tried to view the website, but had poor cell service. Connecting to the WiFi requires either connecting through FaceBook or providing your full name, email address, and DOB. This is an unusual practice for places that offer WiFi, and I opted to skip connecting rather than provide my personal details.

Luckily, the food was phenomenal, and our server was amazing. She convinced us to stay, and the food made it worth it.

This is the first time I've eaten this much, because the food was so good. I felt like I came out of an old fashioned Alka-seltzer ad when I was done. "I can't believe I ate the whole thing". You will not find better food around.

I had their weekly special - salmon with asparagus on a bed of rice pilaf. Every bit was perfect. The salmon had a perfect crisp on the outside with a juicy inside that I previously did not know was possible. I followed with a S'mores shake (sans graham cracker for allergy reasons). You absolutely will not be disappointed with the food.

Overall, great food, great service. Horrific lighting, and pushy marketing/branding that feels like the approach of a corporate level used car salesman.

Tasty food and milkshakes, but the prices are outrageous. The portions are rather dinky as well. Service was friendly however!

Do yourself a favor and go to State Burger just down the street. Countless burger, milkshake, and fry options without breaking the bank.

Ordered brunch omelette and fries, and burger and fries. Fries were much too salty and my partner likes lots of salt. Bun for burger seemed stale. Service was OK. Music was too loud, and even louder in women's restroom. Prices seemed high, but with inflation, probably on par with other restaurants. Didn't order a milkshake, but cost is about $10! Will not return.

We really wanted onion rings, but they were all out, so we settled for fries. While there were a ton of fries in a basket, they did not taste good, and they were so small. We ended up taking them home and threw them away. We also ordered a cheesesteak to share. It hardly had any meat on it. This is the second time we have tried this place. We will not go back again. The first time we each got a lunch special, we both left hungry. The waitress this time was friendly. Our first visit, we had a young girl who clearly did not want to be there. Also, the food was done in 5 minutes each time. There is no way this food is fresh cooked in that amount of time!

What a place. Sad I missed breakfast. If you only go, go for the service our waitress pam was amazing that's her in the pictures. Will be going back for a wagyu burger as soon as I'm in the area again. That blueberry milkshake was unfair though

Have been here many times with no problems however, this past weekend we had a reservation at 7:15 to which I had to cancel around 4pm due to our daughters graduation from Penn State running over and there was no way we would have made it in time. I was doing the right thing by calling and letting them know and the person on the phone said they understood. No where in that conversation did they say we are still charging you a $20 fee for cancelling. Cancelling was out of my control. And with how busy State College was with graduations this past weekend there is no way you didn't fill our spot. Will never step foot in here again.

We went after a soccer game during graduation weekend. The staff was wonderful. We were greeted at the door. Our server, Lexi, was so sweet, friendly and checked on us periodically. Absolutely will be coming again!!!!
