URBN Flavourhaus Burgers | Chicken | Tacos

Food had great taste. I ordered the wall burger, chicken was a bit overdone and it was just to thick of a sandwich to try to eat so I took the chicken off and ate it seperate. The tastes were all there though and the shakes we got to go for the way home were amazing! I do wish they had more kids menu choices though.

Had a yummy Cookie Monster shake (plenty to split with my husband) and the most amazing sweet potato waffle fries. Service was exceptional—quick and friendly. I can’t wait to go back to try more items....especially these gorgeous donuts!

Good food, everything came out well and pretty quickly. Milkshakes are good. Not worth the price though, many more cost effective choices. High quality but small, expensive portions. I guess if you want a free shot of alcohol it’s worth it?

URBN Flavourhaus has absolutely amazing food. There food is always hot, delicious and a great size. They have the best milkshakes I have ever tasted!! There staff is very nice and the food comes out in a timely order. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!

It was cold inside. The server must have been going through something because she would disappear for quite a while and then reappear and apologize and we were her only table. The wrong food was delivered to our table. They had an off night. It was my only time there, so I assume they usually get it right. The food was good. The atmosphere was nice, just cold.

Made a quick stop during a road trip. Very busy , but owner took quick care of us. Coffee was excellent & service top notch. Highly recommend

Had a family brunch after our daughter graduated Penn State. Great food and creative beverages. We loved the milkshakes and iced lattes! Great service too!

I usually take pictures of the food... But I was too hungry and ate before I remembered to take a picture. My favorite from this place is their beer cheese! Sooooooo good!!! 😋

Update: It has now been over a week after they asked for me to reach out via email. I have, twice, with no replies.

Worst service I've ever experienced. I've never walked out of a restaurant before. I feel our server was new. But that is no excuse. We were sat before two other tables, however they were served first and received their food first. Our server did not know the menu, nor did she inform us of any shortages. Our order was wrong, not having the toppings we selected, our drinks were late, and our one latte drink was cold. We left, only have a few sips of our coffee before leaving due to our orders being incorrect and even after asking for help, not having it corrected or having any staff let us know what was being done to help. The restaurant was not busy, only 5 tables total with us being one of them. Again, being new is one thing, providing horrible service is another. The only other thing I had noticed is we were the only LGBTQ couple in this location this evening, I don't want to make assumptions and try to not attribute to malice what would be simple mistakes, but it made me and my partner feel rather singled out. Not sure if I'll be coming back after this experience.

Pam at URBN was so wonderful!! We had a very large party (20+ people) and she was beyond accommodating, especially on a Saturday night. Food was delicious and service was genuine!
