The Clay Cup

We stopped in while waiting for our Amtrak. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Coffee was great and the scones were fabulous. While there we saw just how great the staff was with a local man. Totally worth the visit!

Nice small food place, and would be a nice café like place to get some morning coffee and breakfast.

The prices were pretty cheap relative to other cafè. The colour scheme of the place was a nice light brown, that was comforting and relaxing.

Would recommend this place, especially on a rainy day

I am officially infatuated with the Clay Cup. I am not a coffee drinker, but their chai latte is delicious. I have also had tea there on several occasions - all nice loose leaf options, and not just a tazo tea bag from a box.

The rest of the shop is inviting and cheerful. It's quite a change from other coffeeshops I've been to where they're dimly lit and somewhat "brooding". All-in-all it's a very welcoming place.

My favorite part of the whole shebang are the plentiful outlets with USB ports! I do freelance development and really like being able to plop down in a chair and not have to worry about running out of charge on my laptop or phone batteries.

I loved the vibe of this place, ans the staff were awesome. However... the coffee was horrible and their servings are small.

Came here with da gang. Made a cup I'm going to use to store my lean in. For legal reasons, that's a joke.

Went here on a whim with my husband and we were not disappointed! Our lattes were flavored perfectly and the scones we had were amazing! They're the first place I've had a scone that isn't super dry and crumbly (you can tell they weren't premade/frozen). We will definitely be coming back 🙂
