Great coffee and excellent customer service! The food is delicious and made by their own staff, not externally sourced. Plenty of seating and parking. Conveniently located. Been here many times with my girlfriend, and we will continue to go there

I went in yesterday to get a bagel and the elderly lady with gray hair argued with me about how I like MY bagel toasted. Terrible customer service, I won't be returning!

Staff were clearly not trained properly and manager was correcting them in front of customers. Best to not belittle your employees in front of customers. Didn't get my order or other customers right. Played favorites with customers. i.e. friendly with New York Yankees fan, but standoffish with Red Sox Fans. Probably won't go back. Cinnamon rolls were good, but over priced.

I have enjoyed several great experiences with this coffee shop. The coffee is quality and the baked goods are made on site. Highly recommend.

Pastries stale. Drink got put in wrong. Was told I couldn't have a receipt if I paid cash. Kinda weird.

Great place to stop in. Very friendly baristas, who are quick and do a great job. The pastries and food is tasty as well. Environment is cozy, and welcoming. Nice to sit down and chat.

$4 for dishwater drip coffee. What a waste.
In response to the coffee cost. I got a large and tipped the $0.85 as it was in all nickels. Its not that coffee wasnt "strong" enough. I tasted like the coffee grounds were used twice. Ask the girl running the store that morning. She even said the coffee was off. Both customers in from of me said the same thing. I wont need a "free" coffee not worth the drive for it. Paid $32 for 2 small coffees and a bagel sandwich and a burrito. Worst food I’ve ever had. Literally had mainly cheese in my burrito. And the ham bagel had old fatty ham on it. McDonald’s could of done better. Also, the old lady working the counter was extremely rude. Terrible customer service.

This place is cozy and offers some delicious-smelling food along with organic coffee and unique espresso beverages. They provide excellent service as well.
