Friendly, polite and patient Baristas, tons of stuff to look around at, cozy atmosphere, good bagels. The bagels are indeed on the thick/soft side. This is how I prefer my bagels. Some people prefer them chewier, thinner, gluten-free, made out of dough other than sourdough, etc. That does not warrant a downgrade of the entire establishment, just recognize that you have different tastes than others and either try a pastry instead (still just a bunch of carbs, not a whole lot of difference) or get your bagels elsewhere.

The food here is delicious. The bagels are huge, and were baked right there in the store. I got the mango passionfruit iced tea, and it was good but really sweet. The store is clean, as well as the bathrooms. The staff here were friendly and helpfull, but I wish they had another staff member working behind the counter, it would make things move a lot faster. The atmosphere of this place is great, it's quiet, relaxed and not at all rushed.

I just went here and had a bagel! One of the best I’ve ever had! The person behind the counter who served me was super sweet. They all seemed to be following safety precautions which was also a plus.
I’ll most definitely have to take my friends here in the future. Thank you for the wonderful service and food :))

I enjoy this place very much. It has a fun yet quiet atmosphere and the staff are always pleasant. I like that there are always samples of the fresh made treats and the drinks have interesting combos that I've never heard. The white chocolate marrionberry mocha is amazing!

The back kitchen is absolutely filthy. Patrons would be shocked to know how the owner Nancy keeps her expired / cross contaminated products to serve unwitting customers who are paying exorbitant prices for filthy old food. For example, the mold on the vegan cream cheese is often just scooped off the top and she continues to serve it on bagels. Disgusting!

I went here and I really wanted to love it but unfortunately I will never return. My drink was made with dairy milk even tho I paid extra for oat.. and my total for a breakfast sandwich and a small iced coffee (they gave me a hot one by mistake) was 18$. The older gal that works there was rude. I would never want to support this business again.

I always try to stop by when I am in the area. I found that the sandwiches were great and the baked goods have the homemade quality you would expect of a local coffee shop ....not simple store bought and resold.. I don't go to places for social interaction with baristas...just want fast and accurate service snd that is what I have received everytime I have been there.

Just stopped by for a bagel and some coffee. Lovely fluffy plain bagel, and the seasonal berry latte is so refreshing! Just moved to the area and I’m happy to have found a place to grab some baked goods close to home.

Today was my first time at this coffee shop. It had a nice environment and my latte was good. However, in the hour that I spent sitting in the cafe, the one employee working behind the counter never washed her hands once. She was going straight from handling people’s credit cards and cash, to making their coffee and grabbing them pastries with her bare hands.
Very disappointing, blatant disregard of health code. This is why people get sick. Will not be returning.

Wonderful and friendly local business with quality locally roasted coffee beans. Excellent baked goods. Bagel sandwiches are amazingly delicious and a bargain. I want this place to have greater traffic to support greater freshness and product turnover.
