Dutch Bros Coffee

We went through the drive through to order coffee in The Dalles Or. Ordered our coffee and then they refused our GREEN REAL MONEY! Of course we had to leave and went to GRINDERS who was very happy to have our business and accepted our REAL GREEN MONEY. GO GRINDERS!

Honestly I stopped going to dutch a while ago. The line is always too long and at least half the time the mess up on my order. For instance this morning i stopped through there to get a rebel. I ordered a 32 ounce. They gave me a 24 ounce. Fine whatever remake it and it should have been Fine. But the 32 ounce they made me was way watered down and tasted horrible. I will not be re visiting dutch bros in the dalles. Pricing compared to quaility is just way sub par. I dont luke paying 8 dollars for a drink that I am literally going to just throw away.

I am a huge Dutch Bros fan, like huge, and I had to stop in here for an Americano while traveling on I-84 from Boise to Portland. This location is very quickly off the freeway and easily back on-- near lots of food and fuel.This location is a busy one, easy to get into and out of. Extra nice people, good conversation, and make a perfect drink.

I know I visit too often and spend too much money, but hey... I have an addiction... I know I need to break it, but it's oh-so-good and the staff is super duper!

Here is what I post on most of my Dutch Bros reviews:
I get a medium Iced Americano (black coffee) add cream (2 oz. half-and-half) and three sweet-n-low and it's only $2.25 and about 50 calories. I can get my kiddo a not-so-hot chocolate and my dog a treat (FREE, YAY!), too!

I like the Bros mainly because of its people. Seriously, I don't know how they hire so many amazing people! Save some for us that need good employees!!

My brother in law gets a sugar free blended soda, which is very similar to a coffee without the calories. He also makes lots of different drinks with their many sugar-free syrups making the guild a little less than going full-on calorie.

Oh and Google Dutch Bros secrete menu-- lots more fun stuff like the BOB Marley, Ninja Turtle and much more!

Keep up the GREAT job Dutch!

I really do love their variety of drinks and the creativity of the company. However it is always a long wait so I usually end up at another coffee shop. I wish there was another one in town.

First time I had gotten to try a Dutch Bros. coffee. I had seen undercover boss a few years ago and the owner's story stuck with me. The staff was friendly and fun. Next time I find myself in the area I'll stop by again.

Great service and awesome team members, Always busy and hoping, The staff is always up beat and keep the drinks flowing.

Very slow had two girls working and one of them looked like she was being trained. The girl training was super fast and trying hard to run both sides at once.. waited about 20 min at the window.

They've been rude to me in the past, and they don't seem like they've changed much at all. Better customer service required, or I'll start picketing this business. That is not a threat, I repeat, not a threat, but a promise.

Not as friendly as it used to be:/ pulled up to the window and the girl taking over the window didn’t say
A single word to me? Honestly felt super awkward :( got a kicker and it tasted extremely burnt.
