Dutch Bros Coffee

These guys are always super polite! Even the new guy they were training today was nice! And their mango smoothie is delicious! Great group of people :)

Drive thru coffee and tea-hot, iced and blended. Not really much for food though.

I love this one in particular. It is always the most friendly location. Loud music, smiling employees. I order the same drink at every Dutch Bros. The Dalles location is the only one I can guarantee to get it right.

Also, it's always pretty fast, even with longish lines.

Great staff! Yummy energy drinks. Always ready to conversate, and get your day rolling. The lack of star is due to the loud music that you hear when you're at the window and can't hear what the staff are saying or asking ya.

I want so bad to like this place but this specific location (The Dalles) is the worst one I've ever been to. I don't think they have ever gotten my order correct.
You literally have one job. I don't understand how it can get so messed up when the guy literally puts it in to his little computer and then it gets sent directly to the people making the drinks. Do they not know how to read?
But to top it off, they have little snot faced children working in there who don't understand the meaning of work ethic. They don't care that somebody waiting in line behind the person that they're having a 10 minute conversation with even though their drink has been ready the whole time! it's a little bit embarrassing on your part that you have to send the person with the little computer out even though I was the 2nd person in line. And then you didn't even get my order right. You guys should be embarrassed.

Horrible experience! Had a full punch card & they refused to honor it because they are now digital punch cards & it is past their 3 month Grace period! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS!

UPDATE:The customer service has seemed to improve in the last month or so, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. Hence, bumping my rating up to 5 stars!

I visit Dutch Bros between 3 and 5 times a week. My coffee is almost always tasty! (On the rare occassion it's not, it's always remade with no issues.)

As soon as we got a Dutch Bros in our town, it was my new go-to coffee place for the simple fact of the uplifting positive attitude that's served with your cup of joe! However, over the last year or so, I've watched the bubbly, friendly, energetic demeanor that Dutch is known for, really decrease.

There are actually a number of employees I now dread seeing because even when I try to perk them up, they seem like someone is holding a gun to their head to be at work. Literally, not even a smile. It's a bummer because that's what got me hooked on Dutch Bros in the first place, was the uplifting positive vibe!

I get that we all have our bad days...but there are a few employees that lack a simple smile every single time I'm there and it's a real drag starting your day with someone that seems to be unhappy serving you.

BUT, a big huge shout out to my faves that make up for the ones lacking and are always kicking butt with a huge smile on their face! Those are the ones I come back for and love the days I get to see them. Good coffee and a friendly face starts my day off just right!

Drove through town on our way to the coast and decided to stop for coffee at 6 am. But did not expect to wait for 22 minutes with only one car ahead of us. When it was finally our turn I got a large blended rebel and they gave us a slushie. All that wait and they can't even make drinks correctly? I love the Dutch in our town but I'll never give this one business again.

Coffee like always was good I felt like I was in line way longer than most Dutchs and this was late afternoon when I went.
