Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch Bros is my fave coffee chain, and this is no exception.

The worker refused to give me my white claw smoothie and they forgot my soft top with extra sprinkles 😏

Worst experience everrrrr....and I love dutch bros. Employees were too busy with eachothers conversation that they didn't give my coffee to me...that was sitting on the counter by the window for ever...nobody took my money so, I had to finally get their attention & give it to them. Five people working and none did their job

barista suggested using white coffee and it was terrible tasted like powdered raspberry i just counted it as a loss and tossed it next time ill stick to the regular double tourture

Best place to get coffee. Besides all the amazing tasting coffees they have, thier employees are all always so nice and kind and always make me feel at home!!!

Young kid out taking orders was to busy, laughing and joking with friends that other cars were able to go between them and the car that moved up, I stayed but 2 cars flipped around and left, I let girl at window know and she said I just work here. Well you lost my business

Took 20 minutes for the vehicle in front of me to get 1 single coffee. Then they could not understand what a plain black coffee is. I realize that it is no longer mainstream to drink regular coffee that isn't a frappuccino, cappuccino, Al Puchino, but for crying out loud you take a cup, pour in coffee, put on a lid, and serve. And someone please tell me what the heck is a white coffee? When I asked for a black coffee the teenager looked at me puzzled and said "do you mean a white coffee". What the heck??? I had to repeat myself 3 times "plain black coffee". He finally got it some what and put in an order for an americano, but then asked me if I wanted cream and sugar. Aaaaaahhhhhhhh.

Can't believe it sucked that bad. Am a huge fan of dutch brothers but this one needs stripped of the franchise. Change the name from Dutch Brothers to Ditch Waters. Threw the thing away and stopped at a REAL DUTCH BROTHERS a little further down the road.

Great coffee ☕ place that's open late! The only place to get yummy coffee drinks at 10 p.m. In the Dalles! If the line in the drive through is too long, park and use the walk up window.

Overall, a good experience in terms of customer service--which DB is known for--but the coffee is poor. This never ceases to sadden me given that Oregon overall has one of the most impressive coffee cultures on the globe.
