sorry to say the covid19 adjustments have not been kind to DB. The insistence on using plastic, fielding the question about adding a tip, and having to ask for a receipt are annoyances that are now regular for me. I used to visit almost daily, whether needed or not, now just when I have few other options or the only other easy option is that green place. have to say I no longer look forward to it. maybe not their fault but my annoyance comes from them so they get the blame. Regarding the receipt issue... do people not ask for these, reconcile with their bank statements? just pay whatever the bank says? I do not understand that at all, have found bank errors in the past, have zero or less trust for any bank. asking for a receipt often gets a confused look, solicit help from another worker, like it is a real hassle or they rarely do it. I guess I will just continue to be the lone, cranky, annoying old man.

LET ME TELL U FROM EXPERIENCE, DUTCH BROS IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER COFFEE SHOP IN THE STATE. There drinks are still sugary, but not as sugary as Starbucks, and has great blends and plenty to choose from. Also customer service is always insanely good, its like there angels.

After waiting about 10 full minutes in line (which seems like an eternity in any drive through) we had to wait... and watch... while the young gent working proceeded to try and fail at asking the young girl in front of us out. She has a bf. Sorry bro. Finally our turn, yay! We get our one Dutch freeze and see the gent had forgotten the whip we so clearly ordered. I guess because we were not a young babe with dogs in our ride, we don't get the same long drown out attention we saw received before us. Guess we shouldn't come back. Where's that Starbucks again?

Oh my goodness, the guy that helped us was genuinely friendly! They were quick too. My Frost was a little bit too thin but still tasty

My Boyfriend walked over to Dutch Brothers to get us coffee (mainly for me). After he ordered our hot coffees they handed him iced coffees. He told them that was not what he had ordered. They remade our coffee wrong the second time as well. It is bitter and has none of the white chocolate flavoring that I asked for, which I wanted extra sweet. I am so disappointed that I paid over 10 dollars for something I did not order. What the hell Dutch bros? Maybe the woman taking the order shouldn't have nails so long that she can't take the correct order on the iPad for the baristas making the coffee.....

First time here. Was great. The attendant was super helpful. I'm a disaster evacuee, new to the area, and she was eager to help. Not only that, she gave me the coffee as a welcome present to the area. Found my coffee
