Dutch Bros Coffee

Fast and friendly service. Special requests are never a problem. Parking lot can be tricky to navigate when crowded or during peak times. Decent prices... we prefer this over Starbucks.

Great service and good coffee. Our first time here, stopped in to check out what all the hype was about, we will definitely be back. It was busy but they got us in and out faster than most drive thru coffee places and the staff seemed very happy and was friendly and all smiles. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Always friendly outgoing staff.

Had to wait a bit for my drink but they appologized by giving me 2 full punch cards so I left happier then I thought I was going too. I got the drink the islander, it was good. Wish the would have wiped the outside though, I kept getting coffee on me until I got home to wipe it myself, but all in all a good drink.

They were 8 cars and a bus full of high school kids and it only took about 6 minutes..supper nice and fast crew. Also there was 3 of us

I've never had such a bitter coffee from DB (I've been to many in Oregon). It tastes like they ran out and bought a fill in coffee until next shipment? It even smelt very strong/different when she handed it to us. It was ordered "not so hot", and I couldn't even hold the cup sadly, let alone drink it for a while.

I was SO HAPPY 😊 to find they were open at 10:30pm ! I'm one of those Coffee ☕ People that can drink a Cup of Joe and still go to sleep 💤...Lol ! Must admit I don't normally go to Dutch Bros. But was extremely happy with the service AND My Americano !!! This is the Gateway Location and if I find myself in need of a Coffee ☕ again while I'm in this area..You can rest assured I will stop here again ! Thank you Dutch Bros. ☺

They are the slowest Dutch Bros here in Springfield. You can easily wait almost 10 minutes for one drink. Then sometimes you get it and it's missing the flavor. I avoid going to this Dutch Bros any chance I get.

To start off, this is the best Dutch Bros. i’ve been to so far. The staff here are very friendly as what other Dutch Bros. chains have and also the coffee here is tasty as usual.
