Dutch Bros Coffee

Eah, I love me some Dutch let me tell you, but there was nothing about this dutch that made me feel the love. The music was...there I guess, usually it's pretty memorable, the woman that came to get my order at my car seemed very stressed out, then had me pull forward (understood, car in front of me moved) the person taking my order seemed like she wasn't paying much attention like she had more pressing matters. More over my rebels felt like they were made by people not paying much attention to what they were doing.

Not sure if it was an off day or what but your vibes a little off for me. So I love my Dutch but your location isn't my favorite. Maybe for someone who likes the quiet stores?

These guys go out of there to make sure that you are satisfied with there coffee and there service when i want coffee and a friendly place to go it's my car goes to 1 place and that's to dutch Brothers they make you feel at home and the coffee there is out of this world.
They beat Starbucks 100 percent..

Very friendly people. My children and I are in Springfield due to my first grandchild being born prematurely. She is doing good and is beautiful, being seen at riverbend. This coffee is essential for my day.the line is a little slow but always welcoming.

I love love Dutch Bro, not only for their great drinks but for their amazing customer relations! I don't say service as they go beyond the call of coffee batista. I had a few times where they ask about my life, and they spent time listening. No matter the rush or line. I will always be a loyal friend to my Bros!

Seriously the worst DB in the Eugene Springfield area is on gateway. They never get my drink right. I love Dutch bros so much and have had my drink order the same for a long time. This one just doesn't seem to get it right. Going to co urg road next time. Can't handle gateway anymore.

Very sweey ladys and they always make me and my husbands iced coffees just perfect. And they always have such positive energys when we stop in. Keep up the grest work. :)

Dutch bros is the best coffee drive thru ever! I love the customer service, they are all super friendly it’s always a great experience!

This stand is awesome! I am always greeted with cheer and a couple of the team members know my name, which makes for a pleasant and personal experience. :) Always accommodating and make my coffee to my liking! I've recently had to switch to decaf, but the coffee still rocks!

I'm a Starbucks guys .. But the girl thr was on point with her job. And made me a drink for free to try and steal me back . The drink was good. So maybe once a week..Maybe..Great customer service. Wish I could remember her name... Shortaeee... lil blonde girl ...Great job..💥💥💥💯😎
