Dutch Bros Coffee

Not from Silverton, I was informed rudely I was to drive up turn around then go back to order. System is awful and the staff was rude, clearly I was interrupting the chit chat with each other. So thankful for the Market street and Lancaster location that ALWAYS provide fast and FRIENDLY service.

Love the coffee and the crew is super helpful and friendly.

Went for coffee as we do on a regular basis at this location. Coming in from
Salem we turned right off Silverton Road and left into Dutch Brothers. When we pulled in we were asked if we had ordered at the top of the hill. We had not. We were told we needed to go back to the top of the hill to order. I asked if they would take my order this one time. The answer was "No." VERY POOR SERVICE!

Great staff, super friendly and helpful if you want to try a new drink. Drive thru is wonky but obviously not their fault and they work through it the best they can.

It seems like whoever designed this stand did not use their brain when considering there needs to be room for cars in drive thru. Now, they are making people drive all the way around to the Safeway parking lot to get to the "proper lane." There are no signs or directions to get to this new lane they created, so when I waited 10 mins through the line, I was told they could not serve me if I didn't go through the correct lane and I would have to leave, go around the block to the Safeway parking lot, and come in through a different lane. Refusing service to people doesn't seem like good business, but what do I know, I'm just the idiot who followed the one sign pointing to the drive thru lane that is apparently incorrect. Brand new building, should have used your brain in designing the drive thru since your whole business runs on drive thru. Not going back to this Dutch Bros, I don't need it or want it bad enough to try and solve a puzzle, wait 15 mins and then get told at the window that they would not take my order. VERY BAD SERVICE.

It's a coffee place that sells energy drinks that are good but coffee can be a bit hot when given to you.

They are always friendly, and quick. I love the energy this place in particular has, and will definitely keep coming back.

Introduced my brother in law and his gf from Florida to Dutch tonight. It's always good and so many drinks to chose from. 2 favorites are the peppermint bark mocha and the dragonslayer green tea.

I love this place! Molly, Alicia, Jackson and Clint are ALL incredible assets to this business. Oh, the coffee is awesome, too!

The barista didn't seem to know her products when I asked questions, or maybe it was because the music inside was so loud she couldn't hear me. I also asked several times about the cost when I was at the window, but got no response until she had my drink ready. When I opened the lid to take the tea bag out, the cup was full to the brim @ sloshed on my hand, burning me. Won't be stopping here again....
