Dutch Bros Coffee

Very inconvenient drive-thru, coming off of 213 no entrance and no signs posting no entrance! Not being from around here I pulled through the drive-thru and was told I had to leave and Order up at the curb! Young lady was very rude! Next time, I will go across the street to the gas station where they have better customer service, but not by much!

These folks are great. They are always fast and friendly. Nothing ever seems to bother them. It is no wonder why so many people choose this place for their drinks!

Worst service at Dutch bro’s ever.. got some of the drinks wrong. And had no suggestions when asking for a sweet tasting coffee. Normally very cheerful and helpful but not this time around.

One of my most favorite place to get coffee without that bitter after taste.

Not from Silverton, drove up to the window since there was only one car infront of us. Was rudely asked if we ordered on the hill, um No we turned from the bottom of the hill. She rudely said she’d take our order this time but we’d have to park and wait for our drink. Apparently their system if for you to drive up the hill, turn around, have the guy take your order from the passenger side then drive through, even when the place is empty!! DUMBEST Dutch location I’ve EVER been to!!

I love this place! Always up and happy. I also love their Americano coffee.

Their new order taking at the road sucks. If you come in the lower exit, you have to go up and turn around. Then you sit there and block traffic while they take your order. If you just go to the line, then they take your order and make you go park or go through the whole line again. Been to tons of Dutch bros. and never had to deal with this.

I'm Soo happy Dutch Brothers came to town! Have always been a fan of this chain. I've NEVER been disappointed in their service or product, at any of their locations.

Went to Dutch brothers to pick up water And a cookie. I waited in line for 15 minutes to get to the window just to be told that I needed to place my order on the street outside of the parking lot in order to get at the window and if I wanted to I could place my order there and then go back around through the line again This is a ridiculous system that really needs repair At no other Dutch brothers have I had that situation

Very disappointed in management of this place. The owners need to go on undercover boss again and spend time in Silverton. The entry level workers are all young local kids who become like family and it makes me very angry when I hear one was fired for putting family first and others are ignored by requests for days off to spend time with family. Will not be supporting this dump because the management sucks!
