Dutch Bros Coffee

I ordered two drinks and both came out incorrectly. There were 6 or so cars in line and I didn't want to wait and have them redo it. One we ordered light ice and about 60% of the cup was filled with ice. The second drink I ordered whipped cream and it didn't come with whipped cream it was also a blended drink that was about half way melted by the time I got it. I enjoy dutch but do not plan to visit this stand again.

The morning crew is awesome! Very friendly and efficient! They always provide a smile and are uplifting to their customers!

I walk up to window most every day, as I work in same parking lot. I give a dollar tip every time, including this morning 10/22/21. I walked up to window and was blatantly ignored and as at least 9 or 10 cars went thru in the time I stood there, I was NOT greeted. When all cars were gone, the gal taking orders from cars approached me and took my order and, per usual, asked me to tip. I did, because I always do. When staff inside sat my drink on the window, she turned away and was visibly put off when I asked for a straw. Now I get why DB ASKS for tips. Tips are usually earned with good service. Today the tip was not earned. Hopefully they're just having an off morning. I wont be going to Silverton DB again any time soon. Ive been a faithful DB customer for longer than the kids working here have been alive. Very sad.

I love their white truffle mocha.

So I use to pay 50 cents for suger free flavored water. Then it went up to 1.50. I still thought that was fair. Today 3.25. For a diabetic and not able to drink caffeine, this place is sadly no longer an option for me. Still a great place for drinks for my daughters when I am not thirsty though. People are always friendly. But I sadly don't have the time to stop at 2 different establishment. I am bummed out.

I basically live here. Dutch Bro's is an open welcoming place, with friendly social staff members. Rarely are my orders messed up, and when they are they do their best to make up for it. Sometimes they can be slow, but that's because of the demand. My over the top drinks are always good and the coffee is always flavorful and great. This is one awesome place to get good quality, decent priced drinks with your friends.

Ordered one large black coffee and ordered one large raspberry white chocolate decaf soy milk latte and I am not entirely sure what I got but there was no flavouring no soy milk no nothing just junk and I paid for that gross coffee. I feel robbed. Starbucks you are my favourite. This was in silverton oregon.
