We have been regular customers for 10 years but ever since the new owners took over it has just gone downhill. The costs are ridiculous and the quality of the bagels is no where near it was. They also are constantly out of everything, even in the morning. Last time we waited 30 minutes for two Asiago bagels with cream cheese and when we got the bag it was the wrong order. We went inside and got the correct order however both bagels were burnt. After the long wait we were running late to a meeting and didn’t have time to go back in a second time. I reached out to them on Facebook and did not receive a response. As locals it is extremely disappointing to have one of our favorite spots go this way. I hope for some improvement soon!

Overall, the place is ok. The coffee is just ok (but the cups were on 2/3 full), the breakfast sandwiches were overpriced for what you get, and the staff had a hard time taking an order. I don't think I would go back.

We ordered two brunch bagels in the drive through as well as two iced mochas. My husband clearly said, two brunch bagels and two 20 oz iced mocha with an extra shot of espresso in each. The guy working the drivethrough replied "for those lattes did you want those iced or hot? What size? How many shots?" We were charged for the mocha price but still only got lattes. The guy working the drive through could have misheard with how busy it was inside, but it was still disappointing to clarify what we wanted twice and still not get it. Brunch bagels were great though!

When coming to stay in Seaside we would always get bagels for breakfast here and absolutely loved it. It wasn’t until our recent stay this weekend (May 13-15) that we tried going here again for bagels with cream cheese and we had to wait 40+ minutes for our bagels. Bagels with just cream cheese, should not take 40+ minutes, this was two morning in a row. The first morning one lady was yelling and screaming at her coworkers. Seems like no one knows what they are doing here and making everyone wait over 40 minutes for their order. I can understand one morning having a bad day so the orders go out slow, but 2 days in a row tells you something about the management and employees; I’m sorry but this will be our last time going here. What used to be a traditional going here for breakfast has been ruined and we will never be going back because of such horrible service.

It was either a manager or an owner, but she was berating an employee right in front of us in line about charging too little for bagels. It was a real morale killer and I would HATE to work for her. She was so unkind in her delivery of words and the poor employee was also in the mide of taking an order as "Sandy" continued on and on. Horrible look for her, not the employee who may have made a tiny error prior. The food is great and I will support the employees, but I hope I never come across Sandy again. So rude and needs to stay behind the scenes if she honestly has to choose to be on site.

Really bad experience. Was charged two times for each topping with the rational that the price listed for toppings was per side (??). Really bizarre, something I've never seen in all of my bagel eating experiences. The cashier was dismissive and rude when we were confused by the pricing. Bagels were not great.

Had the making for a good experience but the manager yelled at the young kid (so the entire place could hear it) while he was taking our order and then a different employee proceeded to pick his nose at the register while we waited for our food while the manger did nothing about it. The employee taking our order looked terribly embarrassed. The cooks looked like they had not slept in days either.
Building was cool, had a good vibe and the making for a good experience but nose picking is not acceptable.
