Bagels by the Sea

First time coming to “Bagels by the Sea”! My daughter and I had a great experience and plan on making this a must stop by every time we visit Seaside!!! We both had bagels and lox which was my daughter’s first experience tasting it. We both really enjoyed the one of a kind bagels and the fresh lox!!! Very nice shop and top notch service. We were even more impressed with there dog friendly outside seating including water and treats for them as well!!!! Thank you Bagels by the Sea!!!!!!!!!!🤓

We ordered two bagels and two espresso beverages in the drive through. Seemed to take a long time. Everything was good, but be careful if you ask for butter on a bagel. They were very generous with the butter.

What a great find! Quick, friendly and a great selection of well over 20 recipes you have on any type of bagel you want. I had the BLT and Avocado on a 7 grain with a cup of coffee, bacon was perfectly crispy, lettuce and tomato were fresh and of course the avocado was ripe with no browning. This is my new breakfast spot along this stretch of the coast.

Bagels by the Sea is THE place to grab something delicious for breakfast if you're visiting Seaside.
Great selection of Bagels which are boiled just like all should be (bacon and cheddar is my favorite) and reasonably priced.
Friendly staff and a clean building is always a plus! Every time I've gone here the place is kept spotless.
Only wish they had salt bagels but, they have a pretzel one that comes very close to a salt.

Just passing through town and looking for a quick, affordable breakfast and bagels by the sea absolutely delivered. They have a nice drive-through so that was a great convenience piece, but I think if I was a local I would still frequent this place.. because although I didn't go inside, I wouldn't have minded. The place is inviting. The menu was large and everything looked good. One strike against them was that they didn't have any non dairy cream cheese alternatives, which might sound fussy but I have a dairy allergy and it matters to me. However I had a BLTA on an onion bagel and it was SO good. The bagel was delicious, smothered in onions and a perfect texture. The bacon was stacked, the lettuce was crisp, the avocado perfectly ripe, and the tomato was juicy. Sometimes when you're traveling it's easy to end up with food that is disappointing, this was the opposite! Completely satisfying, worth the money and well made with quality ingredients. I will definitely go back.

We placed an order for pickup. Went through the empty drive thru 5 minutes before our pickup time, waited quite awhile (like around 20 minutes), which was fine, we were in no rush! Decent customer service at the window, DEFINITELY could improve in that department though. Everything that needed to be hot was hot and everything that needed to be cold was cold. Bagel sandwiches were great, especially for the price! We got two iced chai’s and they were straight syrup. So would definitely be back for the food, probably would choose something else as a beverage in the future! :)

I’m not sure what changed, but my BLT&A bagel was 10x better today than the last few times. If I was management I’d look into who was preparing bagels today and keep it up. Before today, I’d say the bagels here were just “ok”. Thank you!

I've always wanted to try this place. So I finally did the last time I was in Seaside. And I think I spent 40 minutes in the drive thru. Help me-My mom was back at the hotel waiting patiently for her coffee and watching my 3 year old while I "ran real quick." I did feel bad for the guy working the window, I think the cars in front of me had Karen's in them. I got a DELICIOUS bagel and zoomed back to the hotel speedy quick! Maybe it was just a busy day and half the staff called in sick- I think I'll give them another chance next time we're there!:)

We went through the drive-thru at 10am on a Sunday. We did not exit the drive thru with our bagels until 11am. There were 3 cars in front of us. The speaker for the drive thru didn't work, so we couldn't order until we got to the window, but we only ordered two bagels with cream cheese, no beverages either. It still took 15 minutes to get our food, and that included them trying to give us the wrong item. There was no apology or explanation for the wait. Even though the bagels were good, I would never ever go here again.

Okay… wow…. Hold the phone. This place is AHMAHZING!! The food was SO GOOD we immediately went back in and ordered more to take home and then we came back the next day for, I guess, round 3! The inside is super cute and fun! The merchandise is adorable and the service is super nice, friendly and helpful AND did I mention the food was delish? I will definitely be coming back here again and again (obviously, because I already have) and will be recommending it to anyone who is looking for a yummy spot to eat! 10/10 would highly recommend! I will say it’s not super fast though … so if you have the time, it’s worth the wait :)
