My friends had some editing/uploading to do and needed a comfortable place to connect to wi-fi, have a delicious drink, and hang out meanwhile. We chose Coava because it was close-by and the space is eclectic and cute.

Great coffee and pastries, plus the friendliest most charismatic baristas in town. A visit here will make your day!

Beautiful shop, friendly and helpful staff, and most importantly, the coffee is INCREDIBLE! I can highly recommend this shop without any hesitation. I love Coava!!!

My favorite coffee roaster in Portland (and I have been to most of the dozens of rosters in Portland). They really focus on the art of roasting and making coffee. I always stop in when I am in the area.

I was here buying a gift for someone and I know nothing about coffee. The young man who help me seemed very knowledgeable about their coffee. The place looked cozy quiet and peacful.

Coava has some of the better roasted whole beans in town. I appreciate having a choice for of 2 different beans both drip and espresso at the bar every day.

Good coffee, even better service. The manager was really kind and we always had a quick friendly chat that felt genuine and unique every time.

Great coffee, but they aren’t allowing customers to use their bathroom, so I won’t be buying beans or drinks from them.

All their coffee drinks are good. So far I've tried the drip, an Americano, a latte, and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was the best one I've ever had.
