Both girls are super sweet we got an iced white mocha and a red bull smoothie. Only recommendation is of you get the red bull smoothie ask for more flavor. But thanks ladies we will most definitely return when we're back in Newport. Keep up the great customer service!

We are visiting Newport and were on our way to the tide pools and we loved the name so we decided to stop. Our family has anaphylactic nut allergy so we asked the ladies if there were nuts in our drinks.. they responded with rolling eyes and little side comments. Our allergy was not taken seriously. Terrible customer service, Good coffee though.

Been going since they opened in Newport, love the coffee , good prices, but not consistant, order same thing but doesnt always come out the same or hot. They no longer honor their punch card, no explaination ??? Staff has always been friendly but dont listen sometimes, get wrong size about every 3rd time.

We stopped because we don't have Human Bean in Chicago. The service was fantastic 👌 our espresso drinks were on point. Nice job getting the temp right . Thank you Newport for the Hospitality

Quick & friendly service. They have a very yummy Carmel hazelnut drink, especially when it's warm. Everyone else I went with loved their drinks, too. Plus, I couldn't NOT try out the place with a name like that:)

price for my drink depends on what time of day / who's working for whatever reason.
least Dutch Bros is consistent in their price

Just sad. For the price you pay you figure you could at least get service. But no. You get a bad attitude. We ordered two drinks they got it wrong. We have it back. Then then gave us syrup and water. We had to park and explain it then wait for the third time. Very painful.

My family and I were on vacation in Newport, OR - away from our usual coffee place. It was good to find an alternative shop with baristas who listened and made good coffee. The “fresh brewed”/ drip was always fresh and tasted good. The chocolate covered bean was a welcomed treat, too. Thx for the good coffee while we were in town.
