Was the only car there at about 3pm. Had to tell barista 4 times what my order was because she couldn't hear me over their loud music. Pertintious manager would NOT accept my punch card.

I do like the coffee & the girls when they're being nice so it bothers me that i have to write this.
Latley the attitude from a couple of the girls stinks and, 1 In particular. Not outright mean, I guess i would say indifferent & snotty. These girls used to be nice.

It's caused me to wonder about the managements relationship with they're employees. Is it strained?.. Good management = good morale, good morale = happy employees.

One girl is always nice, she has braces.

I have consistently been a good tipper. I can't always tip but, i try to tip a $1 for each drink if, i can. I worked in bars and restaurants my entire life and, that's a DAMN good percentage. Especially in the wake of the financial strain that Covid has brought to many.

Im always pleasant to you girls when im there. Often I will try out new drinks and I'll have questions. So, don't give me an attitude when I ask you what kind of nut milks you have. It's your job to know the menu, not mine.

This is not about someone having the occasional bad day this has been happening more and more.

From now on I will only tip if the service im getting dosen't leave me rolling my eyes out of disappointment...

Girls are very nice most of the time and the drinks have been consistently good.

Easy to find location. Friendly service, great tasting coffee

Liked the drinks, were out of soy milk on a weekend which is what I drink, got macadamia milk instead, however we saw that the menu doesn't have the flavors or milk alternatives or food listed. Its just the drinks then you get up the the drive thru and there's tons of stickers on the windows and hand written signs about specials. It was a little hard to order when we didn't know the choices for everything till we got to the window and had they had the food posted we would have ordered snacks as well. The drinks were real good. Would go back.

I LOVE this place. I ALWAYS get great service and great quality of coffee. If you don't see something ask them because I am sure they can make it.

Never have I had such rude customer service by someone then today. The new girl was very sweet. Beside spending almost $23. One of the mochas coconut milk was burnt. Sad because the Bend, Oregon Human Beans are amazing!!!

Great coffee, and friendly team. I got an excellent traditional macchiato and a cortado that are both made perfectly.

Great coffee and friendly people. Lines can be long even though there's a driver-up window on both sides of the building. Parking lot is small so be careful. There's also a walk-up window. Bagels are sometimes frozen but a few minutes on the dashboard usually does the trick.
