Great baristas, great coffee. I have never had a bad experience at any Human Bean, but the workers at this one are my favorite.

This the best coffee. I come here every day. (Don't judge me) Some times twice a day.

I was able to order a 14 oz hot chocolate which, although it didn’t turn out to be what I had ordered, came with quick service and a positive farewell 👍

I had ordered a 14 oz hot chocolate with a couple of shots of mint (which I found out were not added). Also, the hot chocolate didn’t have a whole lot of flavor to it (it tasted watered down).

I would have left a review with less stars on it, but I figured that the barista was probably having a bad day or was inexperienced (she did look quite young).

I hope if I go there again in the future my experience will be better.

Every time we come to this location we get bad drinks; they taste like just milk. Today I went for a java chip and it was watery, no chocolate in the cup, and tasted like it had no coffee. Also, every time we come here, from the beginning to the end of transaction the employees never say a word. You get to the window and they just stare at you.. very uncomfortable. I still make sure to tip at least $5 because I know the job can't be easy, but dang. A 'Hello' or 'What do you want' would be cool. Going to start buying from local coffee shops from now on.

Upon reflection I have changed my review. I need the people that read this to understand that since I don't drink coffee I cannot review the products. The staff is always friendly and appear to be upbeat. I purchase the coffee for my girlfriend so I have been here quite a few times. I have no complaints other than the wait times. I know other coffee places have the same issue and due to the lack of space for traffic. I have nothing negative to say about the business itself and I had no intention of implying that in my original review.

The Cappuccinos are...... A cup of hot coffee flavored milk! The barista was nice. Probably not her fault she doesn't know how to make a cappuccino! The Biscotti's are great!

It's amazing the drinks are really good!!

We came here on Halloween, yesterday afternoon to get a delicious coffee and treat. When we arrived the girl took our orders and proceeded to go in and make our drinks. Customer service left a lot to be desired but I thought at least the coffee will be good. I was 😑 WRONG! My coffee was iced and when she gave it to me it had a few pieces of ice and was half warm, I asked for whip cream and she used the last of the can and barely gave me any. The entire coffee looked like they didn’t care and was honestly the worst drink I have ever had. I took one drink and was so upset I just had to throw it away. My boyfriend barely drank his drink either and the entire experience was a disappointment. 😤😢

Went for a drink asked for a large frozen hot chocolate. They will give you an XXL plastic cup without warning it was so big.

Went there on a different day and got a fruit smoothie which was good, and asked for a cheddar bagel. When I got my bagel it was a whole week old, moldy, stale and wrapped in plastic. My husband went for a new one and again stale, 4days old, wrapped in plastic.

Long story short, DO NOT GET THE BAGELS!! ☠️
