The Human Bean Medford, E. Barnett Rd.

My wife Kelly and I were in Medford for Christmas visiting relatives. We happened upon this coffee establishment and man were we happy we did. There were quite a few cars in line both directions when Kelly and i walked up up to the front with our stroller. Rachael, who happened to be in her nightgown, was so bubbly, took our order quickly and happily though they were really busy and fixed us a terrific cup of coffee. That night we went back and Nguyen waited on us, this time in a car. Same carefree lovely smiles and accurate work. This place seems out of place anywhere to have this kind of super friendly staff who genuinely seen to really want to help you. Mucho kudos!!

I stopped here for a coffee after work today, big mistake. I ordered 2 coffees, the lady handed them to me and as I attempted to put them in the cup holders of my car, the lids came off and coffee went all over the place! I told her about it and her lame response was ' oh we have been having trouble with the lids'. Really, maybe you could have told me that BEFORE I purchased my drinks! I couldn't believe that I had to ask for a paper towel from her, otherwise I don't think she had enough brains to think of that! What an idiot! I will never go there again! I hope it does don't ruin my gear shift, that's where the majority of the coffee spilled all over😡😡😡

Horrible service, I am from California and I always look forward to having a snowy mocha. I am definitely going to find a new human bean here in Medford.

Always friendly and quick service. I love that they now carry almond milk and gluten free Bo Bars. Coffee never tastes burnt, they use a little bit darker roast coffee than Dutch Bros.

I love there green tea smoothie and most of the time staff is friendly. I prefer human being over Dutch Bros without hesitation.

My ultimate favorite place for the BEST cup of Coffee in Jackson County! YUM!!
Way better then Dutch Bros, Bad Ass, or even Starbuck's coffee.

Our favorite coffee in town. Good selection, great service, and the coffee doesn't have the bitterness that some places do. Prices are slightly less than most others although aren't cheap.

Very friendly service. Almost didn't see it from the road coming from Asante but glad I stopped in for my drink.

I wish they had powder chai. I just think it tastes better than the already pre-mixed carton. And prices are little higher than i like to pay for the convenience lol

Human Bean has the smoothest and creamiest COFFEE in town. Neither Starbuck's nor Dutch Bros can hold a candle to Human Bean (my opinion).
If you like your coffee smooth, rich and creamy take a chance on Human Bean. I used to be an avid Starbuck's customer for like forever until one day when I gave into curiosity and tried Human Beans Caramel Macchiato I was in love and knew at that moment I would be a LOYAL Human Bean customer. Oh! each coffee you order you get a chocolate covered coffee bean to go with your yummy coffee.
