Offshore Grill and Coffee House

I’ve been eating out for dinner every night traveling for over 2 months - hands down one of the best meals I’ve had. I popped in after exploring the coast today and randomly finding it online. I sat at the bar and had the most incredible quaint dinner right at closing. Good service, but incredible food. The Brussel sprouts and Halibut were phenomenal.

Very good variety of options for my picky eaters. Seafood chowder was excellent- many pieces of fish and lovely creamy base. the orange tomato soup was a lovely addon to the very good homemade children's grilled cheese. Tuna salad sandwich enormous and with lovely toasted homemade bread and fresh greens. sweet potato fries were very yummy. a couple of minor problems with getting the order correct but not a big deal and the issue we mentioned was quickly remedied. Would definitely go back.

We had the Steak Sandwich and the Halibut they had for special that day I believe it was 1/27. My Wife told me she has never had a piece of fish taste so good. I eat steak sandwiches at anyplace that allows me to order one. I definitely will be coming back for that steak sandwich again. Great service from our waitress . I think her name was Emily.

Manzanita is one of our favorite little seaside towns on the Oregon coast. The Offshore Grill and Coffee House is a quaint, cozy gem of a place. The food and service were superb!
The plated meal is carefully assembled and you can tell, before the first bite that this bistro/restaurant takes pride in their work.
Our server Emili was super friendly, happy and a joy to deal with.

This place is beyond amazing I can’t possibly recommend it more. I have never written a single review about anything else in my life but this place was so good it made me have to. I wish I could give it 10 stars. We ordered a ton of food and every single item was the best I had anywhere. The Prime Rib and clam chowder were out of this world. The food and service was so good that it completely changed my mood and I couldn’t be any happier. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

We’re locals who love the delicious food and local sourcing! The oyster po’boy and sweet potato fries are my favorite.

Understanding that we are in a time of inflation one expects prices to be high. However, customers are growing weary of restaurants that load plates with ridiculously imbalanced, high carb and low protein. Add near rotten grapes to the mix and you really are telling customers you don’t care!

We came all the way from Portland, and checked online, called ahead, and when we got there they were so exhausted of basic groceries they stopped serving food 45 minutes before 3. Real bummer considering we got there at 2pm, waited in a long long line, and were told at 2:15 they would be closed.

This was such a lovely experience! The food was so good, and the staff was so kind and welcoming! They not only made sure we were happy but continuously went above and beyond!

Excellent food, good prices, friendly service.... ticks all the boxes. Most restaurants at the Oregon coast seem to have the philosophy of “get the most money possible for the minimum required quality and effort, and when possible, fry things to death.” Not so at Offshore Grill; the food that comes out of the kitchen shows a respect for the ingredients and care in preparation that is rare in this neck of the woods. The oyster and potato hash was great, with perfect sunny side up eggs and delicately fried oysters; kids menu is very reasonably priced. The seafood omelette was FULL of crab and shrimp, and the asparagus was nice and tender but not over-cooked. Their coffee is strong, and the green chile sauce was delicious.
