Best German Potatos I've had. St. Claire omelet was the perfect size and had good heat. French Toast are thick, soft, and yummy. Coffee is good as well!

We've heard alot about the Otis cafe and the wife and I thought we'd try it out. It's a great little diner sort of 50s style with counter service. Atmosphere makes you feel like you're at Grandma's home waiting for homestyle meal. The food is great with a wide variety menu to choose from, very competitive prices and everything is homemade which makes eating here even better. There open from 7am to 2pm. The parking lot is always full and at times there is a wait for a table, but you won't be disappointed once you get seated at your table. So if your in Lincoln city try out the Otis cafe. It's on the south end of town on hwy 101.

I’ve never had such fast and attentive service before! This place is great, the food is amazing and large portions. We will definitely come back every time we come to Lincoln City. (Pic of my fruit plate side… the cinnamon roll/sticky bun was awesome too.)

I really like the bigger restaurant in Lincoln City! The black molasses bread is amazing! I always buy a loaf to enjoy for the week! The service is very efficient! I tried the Jose omelette which was like eating a taco in an egg wrap! Very tasty!

We had a wonderful meal at the Otis Cafe. A nice and open space. Our server Tiffany was wonderful from the start, as she greeted and seated us on our arrival, and gave us excellent services to the end. Our meals were outstanding. We even brought home a loaf of molasses bread. Great place and wonderful people. 5 stars indeed!

Biscuits and Gravy were on my mind as we walked in. Being from Georgia, it seemed the right thing to do. However, this post is a public service announcement for other southerners. The gravy has garlic. Not a fan. Bacon and eggs were good. Coffee too. We should have remembered the garlic fries from a Seattle Mariners game and the penchant for garlic in this area. Would still recommend Otis Cafe.

Stopped in for lunch and ended up getting "brunch"! The Hillbilly Benedict was fantastic. I recommend getting the German potatoes instead of the hash browns. Employees were super friendly and the service was great. I think I would recommend going here for breakfast moreso than lunch!

Most everything was just a little above average, service food and atmosphere, but those pancakes were amazing! They were just slightly more chewy, in a good way, and moist and tender. With the little bit of butter and syrup they were to die for. If I were ever to come back to the Oregon coast, I’d stop in for the pancakes alone!!

Amazing!!
Great food, wonderful friendly staff, great prices.
If you enjoy a small-town feel and welcoming environment this is your place.
First visit and we'll be back without question.

Kind servers and fast service. Delicious meal! Try both the sour dough and the black molasses toast. A great experience overall. We also had the cinnamon french toast and it was spectacular!
