They have excellent customer service! Very good drinks...well made here.

First time at Dutch bros. Staff was super chill. Coffee was bangin.

It's my understanding that the owner of this location also owns the Newport store. If that's the case, he needs to check on his LC store more often because this place is not great.

I spend equal amounts of time between Newport and Lincoln City, and I am consistently disappointed when I order drinks in LC. I've stopped going there entirely because it is never good.

The staff seem completely unorganized. Most stores have a designated person to work the window, to pull shots, to blend, etc. but this place is just hectic, with people doing different things at different times. They rarely have a runner, which means cars out in the street and TWENTY minute wait times. (Yes, I time it.) That means late to work. Twice.

All of these things would be minor inconveniences if the drinks were good. But every time I'm expecting that happy sip and a hug in my tummy, I'm disappointed with bland, uninteresting taste.

I will never understand why people love this place. Maybe brand loyalty, idk, but this location is awful.

It's dutch bros how can I leave any review that's not at least a 5 star. They are a group of very polite and over caffeinated teens that make great drinks. I really wish they would do there stamp program again. The only coffee drink better then a dutch bros is a free dutch bros.

They had a lot of new employees so it was a long wait and they don't know what they are doing yet. IT'S also aggravating to get to the widow and they still don't take cash. I hate going to Starbucks after waiting in line and all I have is cash. I love rebels and the soft top cream is out of this world. You can get every drop with the new soft top lids.

Worst caramel macchiato I've ever had. Taste like old Denny's coffee and bad creamer. I threw it away.

Waited 15+ minutes in line on a sunny Saturday around 11:15 am. A single customer somehow took around 8 minutes to serve. The paving is also pretty terrible around the place making it dangerous for a manual transmission vehicle. Coffee and employee interactions were consistent with other locations so that was fine but they need to be able to operate more efficiently or have more locations nearby.

I give 2 stars Because my drink was great. Service was slow, 4 people were working and one of Which was just standing around. Didn't tell us which drink was what when handing them to us. Not very peppy like usual. Lebanon Dutch is faster

Dutch Bros. is such a great chain. They franchise largely from within the company, so there's a good chance that for any branch you visit, the location is probably owned by someone who started out as a barista with the company. I love the vision of the owners. They're truly revolutionizing the coffee experience on the west coast. Washington, Oregon, and California. I wish them all the best of success. Can't wait to visit again! They will get you hyped on caffeine in ways that you can hardly begin to imagine.

Okay first of all Dutch bro’s is a great place, probably on of my favorites but recently I’ve had some bad experiences. This same guy keeps messing my drink up everytime I go, he made my HOT chocolate LUKEWARM, and gave my friend a bright yellow blue razz rebel that tasted nothing like blue razz , and my caramelizer was def not normal, tasted like a totally different drink. They were all very friendly including the guy who keeps messing up drinks so no problem there. Me and my friends will definitely be coming back as always but maybe go over how to correctly make a drink again. Everything else is great so keep up the good work!!
