Dutch Bros Coffee

Worst service... sat in line for 10 minutes cause they were talking with the car in front of us.. they had 5 cars behind us... i get customer service and being friendly but this was ridiculous.. socialize with ur friends later..thank goodness i dont live around here..

The service is good and coffee is good but i only give 3 stars because they are not accepting cash. Not sure if that is every location or just the one in Lincoln city but we do not live in a cashless world. My cash is not worth any less then the debit card that can easily be stolen! Dutch brothers will never receive my business after this situation.

The male with the curly hair who worked this morning, was fantastic! As was the person working the same time (7am) on Tuesday. Great job to them, great job Lincoln City Oregon location!

My husband and I stopped in here today for a blended rebel. The line was long, but moved along smoothly. While we waited for our drink, they didn't seem interested in talking to us at all, which was surprising, but they were just trying to get through a long line. Overall, good experience.

Dutch bros is Dutch bros. If they mess up your coffee then they're probably out to get you. We frequented this location on our trip. The first of the 3 or so times we went was the best. There were two young guys working and were quick to answer questions and accommodated our requests without hesitation. The other two times coffee was still good but service didn't compare.

Dutch Bros is always awesome. Their drinks are delicious, and unlike some places they don't hit you with extra charges each time you ask for something a little different. And their people are always so friendly and cheerful.

Went here twice during my stay in Lincoln city and both times I was unimpressed by the unfriendly service. As someone who worked at dutch bros for a year I was surprised at how the people we met here did not fit the typical friendly demeanor Dutch prides itself on. The first time we went, the girl on window was not interested in talking to us, but we decided to give the stand the benefit of the doubt. The second time I visited the stand I went for my birthday drink. The guy didn’t say “happy birthday” or anything (which is not a huge deal but it was kind of disappointing). He didn’t bother to chat with us or ask us anything, but instead we watched him flirt with the girls in the stand for the whole time we were there. Our coffee came out pretty quickly but was not the greatest tasting. I’m disappointed.

Twice now my morning before work coffee has been so burnt! Today I ordered it extra sweet in hopes it would be better but it tastes like burnt coffee. Way to kick the day off dutch! Burnt coffee to set the mood for the day!

Best coffee, energy drinks and staff! I love the energy that flows from Dutch. No matter which I visit I usually leave with a bigger smile and energy! This stand in Lincoln City is amazing. Quick service and yummy drinks.

Just needed some great coffee. Dutch Bros hit the spot!
