Great place, fantastic coffee, really good staff!!!

Always quick and great drinks, hot or cold.

Make sure you check your order. My diabetic husband ordered a sugar free mocha. It was so sickening sweet with syrup even I couldn’t drink it. My sugar free blended mocha was perfect.

Update: I really appreciate the response from this review. You wonder if they are ever read. Well not only was it read but it was responded to promptly. My husband recovered, I drove the rest of the way home. Management gave us a great coupon for our next trip and a promise to educate the staff on the importance of getting the orders correct. Thank you!! Dutch is still my favorite coffee place 😎

One of my favorite places to get drinks. This location is a little slow and pretty busy but good thing that they have two drive thru lines.

The least friendly DB I’ve ever been too. I’m a multiple times a day kind of coffee drinker that goes to my local stand -have probably been to 90% of their stands.. no good morning, I asked what cookies they had and was told “the basics” went to hand me a cookie and got “here!” Was just so cold and grumpy. The blonde with the purple ends.

I don’t know if it’s because it’s a beach town and they don’t think they will see someone tomorrow but I’m certain the regulars that are local don’t get treated any better.

Idk where these baristas train, but they should retrain at another location.

Friendly staff, good coffee. Prices on a par with other specialty coffee.

My daughter and I were from out of town and the customer service was wonderful they were quick and very cheerful. Highly recommend going to Dutch Bros in Lincoln City

Love my Dutch Bros.! Unfortunately today the place was really packed and short staffed. Cars were lined up blocking parts of the highway. With the forecast calling for such beautiful weather, there should have been more employees scheduled to work. Otherwise, I had an excellent experience, and will be back again.

This is a very busy location. If you are going during the peak morning traffic hours, be prepared in the event the line is long. The staff were friendly, but the experience was a bit less than the usual Dutch Bros experience I've had at other locations. This was mostly due to the incredible amount of traffic and the location being ill suited for how many cars were there.

Oh how I do love my coffee. However with that being said I don't like the way that Dutch Brothers uses a concentrate instead of a brood coffee. I love a good cup of brewed coffee not an espresso shot with water added. With all the fancy hullabaloo nowadays I can barely pronounce some of the stuff they use. I do however like that you can get a kids hot cocoa at a kid temp. The coffee was okay but again personal preference as I prefer brewed. I must say they do make a great chai tea. Would certainly recommend that. I also do not like that they took away the rewards card and wouldn't allow the workers to take cash tips. I get it's a pandemic and taking cash could put the workers at risk but there's always a way to have a no contact and drop it in a tip jar and there is always disinfectant if the money was laid out with rubber gloves and sprayed and split at the end of the day. I do believe that that hurt the workers very unfortunate.
