The Human Bean

We usually go to human bean in Albany, but we were in Lebanon so this is where we went, the girls kept helping person after person from the other window we waited like 10 minutes before they actually started making our drinks. When they made em, my husband gets a java chip and it was very watery. Didnt taste how it usually does. My Americano was good, they usually always taste the same. Of course we tipped though. They were not mean they were nice just took them awhile to help us.

The human bean... Ok so I didn't have coffee. Yeah, got me a hot chocolate, and with a straw. Really good hot chocolate too. Real creamy. Just the right temperature, not to hot, not to cold, but just right. Service was top of the line too. Try it you'll like. Ok, gotta go ... See ya.

Staff is preoccupied and unfamiliar with terms like foam and frothy. Always seem to be preoccupied and unable to provide good customer service. My change has been kept/forgotten. Drinks are satisfactory.

Was my first time going there and I really like the hot chocolate it was a frozen hot chocolate very delicious the only thing that it was missing whipped cream on top

Good coffee and great service. When I arrived, the drive up line was long but a worker was coming outside to take our orders. When I arrived at the window, my coffee was ready for me. Very impressed.
