The Human Bean

This is by far my favorite place to get my coffee buzz on! All the employees are super nice too!

If u get a blended Chai with other then real milk make certain its no ice chips. U want your drink blended especially if u request almond milk. I love the coffee bean paks

Actually love the chocolate covered candy bean they give you with your coffee. A bit pricey especially for a small and I wanted a wake me up a lot kind of drink . Unfortunately they didn't recommend a drink that worked so ended up getting another coffee at competitor

Two stars instead of 1 because the staff were warm and friendly. However, in a calm afternoon it took over close to 20min of sitting in the drive through (with a car behind me) to get through the 3 cars ahead of me. The other lane was empty except for occasional single cars that got through in normal time.

No baristas came out to preorder for those stuck in the queue, not enough communication between the 3 baristas to double team and get orders out. Could have parked and walked into a Starbucks etc. much faster than the drive Human Bean drive through off the hwy. Super frustrating when you only have a few minutes on break to grab a quick coffee.

I oredered a drink with whipped cream, said yes when the barista asked if I wanted whipped cream and was promptly handed a drink with no whipped cream. The drink was good, I guess I just have to bring my own whipped cream.

They always know how to make a drink just right. One of my favorite things about them during this pandemic is they still accept cash and never ask for a tip. Unlike their local competitor just down the street.

Pulled right up to the window, and young woman greeted me very friendly took my order and promptly made my mocha. It was very quick and easy.

Half the chicks are rude and snobby. Drinks are not consistently made right. Lack of management and training at this location.

Very sweet employees. I had a drink made at a different location that was sub-par and I asked if they would fix it. They did no problem and didn't make me feel bad or like a burden, even though there was a line.

Try their peppermint mocha or eggnog latte!

Don't get me wrong: I love the coffee that the human bean has!!! I was very disappointed in the staff here though. I'm sure they were just having fun but I literally waited in line for 12 minutes before I got to the window, I would've left after 5 but I was stuck between 2 and there were more cars behind that kept leaving. When I did, the kid was very nice but kept stopping making my drink so he could talk to the dogs in the car on the other side or try to talk to me about the weather and how he hasn't slept in since school got out. Then he had to remake it because he did it in a cup smaller than I had asked for. I waited 5 minutes at the window from ordering to getting my drink. Cost me more in time than anything. :(
