Honestly really disappointed and I feel like this company in general has gone downhill. The one on Hill Street in Albany absolute favorite I don't know if anybody still works there anymore that I know but they would always have my coffee ready and it tastes so good. You're in Lebanon I got a drink this morning and I asked for a blended white chocolate mocha I watched her literally just dump white chocolate syrup at the bottom of this cup and fill it from a slushy machine and I asked for chocolate and caramel on the cup and she drizzled it like it was on a shortage. And then to be charged like eight bucks for something I could have got a quickie Mart for two. What happened to good coffee anymore unfortunately I will never be stopping by the human being locations ever again.

The staff is so friendly, the coffee crafted well. They were super fast and there wasn't much of a wait when we went, but there can be a line during certain points of the day.

I can understand why though, it's worth the wait!

Generally I have had good service and good drinks.

Don't know what happened last time I went but it was below the standard I came to expect.

I will give them another chance to replace this review with the 4 start it deserves.

The smoothies are usually really good but today it just tasted like water. We went back and got a new smoothie but it wasn't good either. I don't think the guy we got today knows how to make a smoothie.

I worked for the owner of the stand in Philomath, OR, the 2 stands in Albany, OR and the stand in Lebanon, OR from December 25th 2022 to March 23rd 2023. In that time I was met with nothing but unprofessional and immature management. I put in my 2 week notice of resignation on Wednesday March 22nd as I had found a better job. The owner/management made the decision to cancel my remaining shifts cause me to lose any sort of income I would have gotten from tips in that time. I may not have enough to cover my bills after my final check comes in because they cancelled the remaining shifts I was scheduled for. These people have no issue causing their employees financial distress. And that tells me, and hopefully anyone reading this just how bad their management is, and that they don’t deserve the support they have gotten. I know for a fact the owner is going to hate this statement and will delete it, but I am hoping that at least some people will see this.

First time at the Human Bean. I had the blended mocha and it was delicious! The price was fair and the girl that helped us was great at explaining what the drinks were.
Looking in, it looked really clean inside and the outer shelf was wiped clean as well.

They had many drinks to choose from and I am looking forward to trying something new there.

I really like the drinks here!! They're not as sweet as Dutch & better than Starbucks! Always friendly & have great service.

I showed up on Mother's day and the place was packed. I was happily surprised that the line moved quickly. The coffee was great and I received a rose for my mom free of charge. I thought that was pretty cool. Most places wouldn't have done that. Very happy with their business practices. Above and beyond customer satisfaction. Good job human bean!
Update- Picked up a Irish cream Breve and it was delicious. Had a shot of cream demint in it too. They never disappoint!
