Don’t order online if you actually want your food. Ordered an HOUR in advance online at 3:30 and when I arrived the café was closed (almost 40 minutes early) and the parking lot was coned off so that I couldn’t even enter. I tried to call the number provided several times and there was no answer although I could see multiple employees inside. I finally walked up and knocked on the door to get someone’s attention and I was met with the employees actually HIDING in the kitchen. Assuming I would just leave? Finally someone answered the door, the employee simply told me they were closed early due to being short staffed. I explained that I had already ordered an hour ahead and my card had been charged, I received a text confirmation and everything. She begrudgingly proceeded to take my order and it was brought to my car. I appreciate the employees doing their best to make it right but Pony needs to figure their stuff out. Closing 30 mins early when there are online orders unfulfilled is just unacceptable.

They literally served me a burned egg croissant sandwich after I tipped them 20 percent before I even got my food... It also took 20 minutes to get my order. They must not like me for some reason..

It was a good bfast spot. The entire family enjoyed their food. The limited service thing bugs me. I am supposed to clear my own table. That is about 20% of the job. I have to go to the counter to order, that is about 30% of the job. No one comes to check on me, that is about 30% of the job, they do bring out your food, 20%. So if I generally tip 20%, should I tip 4%??????

Nice little cafe with good outdoor seating, but if you want to use the drive-through forget it! I’ve been through it a couple times and would have been much better off walking-in. They are in no rush to serve their drive-through customers, and they even ask that you pull up to wait so they can bring your order out to you when it’s ready. What is even the point of a super slow drive through other than to waste gas? I just wrote this while waiting the drive-through OVER 20 minutes waiting for nothing more than a bagel and cream cheese. I’ve now reduced this review to 2 stars because after waiting for over 20 minutes, they gave me a burned bagel and butter. Get it together Pony Esspresso.

$30 for two people.
Pricey.
I had the Pony Ruben, kinda thin on the pastrami serving and kinda salty.
Tomato bisque ok.
Cashier learning her stuff, understandable, but, not very customer friendly.
Being more friendly gets you excused from ignorance.
My two guests were happy with their Chicken wrap and Chicken croissant sandwich.
Brownie very good.

Awesome drink options, cool staff. I'm going to need to come back a dozen times to try it all. Tasty food. If you want something just a bit out of the norm and excellent, come here.

Little pricey, but nice place and sandwich was tasty

The coffee is good but we had long wait in the drive through. Also they only put two shots of coffee in their drinks even the 24 oz size. We had to pay an extra $3 to get four shots each over what the standard size to shot ratio that you will get at most coffee shops.

Great espresso and the chef there really does a fantastic job with the menu. The new smoked salmon omelette is amazing. The owner, Chris, is usually around chatting with patrons and ensuring the service is superb. I just moved to S. OR and Pony Espresso is definitely one of my favorite eateries and the best coffeehouse in the area.
