Got the French toast, wasn't anything special. Also got a caramel macchiato and nothing noteworthy about that either! Definitely would go to the mustard seed Cafe anyday over here...

Fantastic cafe in downtown Jacksonville with plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seating! They have a drivethrough as well - note that food takes 15 min so it’s better to go inside and wait for your order.

We used to love this place and really want to support local, but the past 3 times, we've waited nearly 40 minutes for an easy to-go order. The first time, the order was wrong x2 and we gave up but were never reimbursed (it was an online order). I understand businesses are struggling with staffing, but I wouldn't go here unless you're eating there and able to wait. I hope they get it together soon.

The Pony as we call it, has some very tasty coffee and breakfast treats.

The food is great, the customer service is not so great. It was my routine breakfast spot for a while, but after a while orders stared getting made incorrectly and I was being overcharged for what I was being given. I didn’t say anything the first couple times because I know things have been crazy everywhere lately and I didn’t want to complain. After the 3rd order of being overcharged and not given part of my order, I chose to say something. The “manager” helped me make my decision to find a new breakfast spot.

They make a great breve. The staff was friendly. They have inside service available. When I arrived there were few other customers but the place filled up in the time it took me to finish my breve. The staff worked like a machine serving the steady stream of customers going through the drive through and coming through the door. Aside from coffee they also offer a wide variety of baked and fresh prepared food. Everything looked great.

Hopefully the staff and owner or manager actually read reviews. We have been coming for many years, we love coming through the drive thru on weekends. The service has never been great, but the food was good and the price was good. Recently the service has gotten so bad. We won’t be returning. Probably the last 10 times we have come, we have waited AT MINIMUM 25 minutes for our food (breakfast burrito and eggle sandwich) but we usually end up waiting 30-40 mins even when we started calling ahead.
They also changed the drive thru menu to no longer offer eggle sandwiches and raised prices. I get it that places are short staffed, but they have been prioritizing dine in customers instead of first in line orders and this has been going on for a long time.
I decided to finally write a review and stop coming because today, we called ahead to order our food, and were told it would be 15 mins. We showed up 10 mins later and expected to wait 5-10 mins. We waited 20 additional minutes after they said they would bring it out to our car. I finally walked in to get our food and it was sitting on the counter for who knows how long. No one bothered to bring it out or let us know. It’s just not worth the drive or time anymore. They are very unapologetic and just don’t care. I have also been over charged a few times.
I also wish their “points” /star rewards system gave a star for each item ordered like other coffee places, instead of per transaction. Most of the time they don’t even ask for my phone number so we miss out on a lot of points

I literally live right across the street from this place, but after repeated poor customer service, they never answer their phone to place a order, and the coffee is not that great, I walk up town to the Good Bean. But with only three places in town, it's easy to see why thay act that way.

The drink was good, but they were a bit off their service game.
When you miss a portion of an order, you don't wait till you finish all other orders before going back and fixing it. It becomes your top priority.
Cute shop though and really good non-coffee options with great outdoor seating, (temperature allowing).

Good food not sure why but order called in was slower than others in our group that ordered when we arrived. Worth the wait.
