Pony Espresso

Very delicious breakfast named "the Jacksonville scramble" could not eat all as it was a large plateful.

This is truly my favorite coffee shop in the world. But Pony has delicious food too - best breakfast burritos around! Go there...you won’t be disappointed! 5 ⭐️ Stars for sure.

Inviting atmosphere and great staff. The menu is pretty good for a casual breakfast or lunch. Everything is made on site. The baked goods are too sweet for me, but at least homemade. And good coffee!

Great service, tasty food and mimosas. Love the outdoor seating.

The coffee is mediocre, the service.... suspect at best. The pick up window is always a nightmare. Yesterday, I called in a simple vanilla latte order 10 minutes ahead. I arrived, then waited another 10 minutes for one car ahead of me to place and receive their order. When I arrived to pick up my order, they hadn't made it yet, 20 minutes after I had ordered. Then 2 minutes after that the barista realized that they were out of vanilla. No coupon, discount, or anything was offered as an apology. Overpriced, poor service, and the coffee is passable.
Unless every other coffee shop in Jacksonville is slammed, skip Pony Espresso.

Good food and over priced coffee. Don't do pick up orders online. I don't know if their system is delayed or they just don't check for online orders but out of ordering 4 times, its yet to be ready . I give them 10-20 minutes lead time even.

Today there was a mixup with my order. After calling them and discussing with them the mix up I deciding to try what I was given. I wasn’t crazy about it, I called back and they made what I had originally ordered. Thank you all for the exceptional service.
