STOKED Roasters + Coffeehouse

The only good thing about this place is the location. Been in here two times now. Both times the service was cold and incredibly unfriendly. Today, everyone seemed annoyed to be working. I reluctantly left a tip though I really did not want to.

I forgot a mask. They did not have masks for customers to use. And simultaneously refused to take my order. Having masks for those who forget, or accommodating them in some other way would be a good way to improve customer service.

Delicious coffee, great price, and surprised at how quick my order came out. Sometimes coffee places take a really long time making drink orders, but they were very efficient here.

My little family and I were visiting from southern Idaho & stopped to get coffee and tea to warm ourselves. The flavors & selections were great, but the customer service was lacking. I ordered a tea that slipped from my hand and hot tea spilled everywhere. The baristas didn't come to our aid or react (we had to bring it to their attention and they only have us rags to clean it up ourselves). To top it all off, they didn't offer a complimentary tea to replace the one I spilled (my husband bought me a new one). Needless to say, we were disappointed, but we'd like to go give Stoked a second chance the next time we're in the area.

I was sent to heaven when I took my first sip, audibly moaned on the second, and nearly went back to kiss the roaster and barista on the third sip. It’s so damn good. My cappuccino was perfect.

Great coffee, loved their latte and pour over. Has a clean comfortable atmosphere. Also cool river and gorge views. Close and accessible to downtown Hood River, breweries too.

Great cappucino and they sell great beans. Fast service.

I'm tired of finding or once again that they are out of the croissants!! If you always sell out would it not make sense to stock more? The coffee is good but I don't think I'll be back.

Very friendly staff and great daily drink specials. Wonderful waterfront location.
