Remedy Café

Those were the grossest açaí bowls my partner and I have ever had (and we eat them pretty often.) They were so liquidy, it was like soup… and they were covered in this sticky, sugary syrup (I asked, and the person said it was coconut syrup) that is NOT in the ingredient list on the menu. The fruit was still frozen. So, if you enjoy fruity ice cubes in your syrupy açaí soup, this is the place for you.

Changed to 1 star for the gaslighting! No one wants to eat at a restaurant owned by what is akin to an abusive boyfriend. Looking at your past responses to your many dissatisfied customers, it appears that this is a pattern for you. I suggest anger management therapy, along with some new recipes for your failing establishment.

Reply #2 since the owner felt the need to gaslight me further. Apparently he thinks I need to “grow my compassion for others” because his restaurant served us bad food. This is laughable… Just FYI to anyone reading, I volunteered at the local children’s hospital for 6 years in hematology/oncology, and now I volunteer FULL-TIME granting wishes for children with life-threatening illnesses. I literally work FOR FREE to help kids with cancer, et al. You’re digging deep sir, and you will not win trying to gaslight me. There is ONE issue here, and it is not my character. The issue is the bad food at your restaurant, and your inability to accept that customers are allowed to express disappointment on a REVIEW site. Try taking responsibility.

I had the Hood River burrito for the first time today and it was delicious! The wait time is a bit long and I was overcharged but they fixed the charge when I pointed it out. I really like this place and recommend it but make sure you're not in a rush.

Our favorite place to stop along 84 E! We really enjoy the Buddha Burrito (no cheese vegan friendly), Breakfast Burrito, kombucha on tap, fresh juices and smoothies (today we tried the Aloha 🌸). We were further impressed to hear Remedy makes their own nut milks to use for smoothies, juices, coffees, etc. Thanks for being here!

We were really happy to find Remedy Juice Café during a visit to Hood River. Not only did we find healthy options at Remedy Juice Café, but a focus on the role of food in improving health. Eric, the owner, spent time sharing his vision and enthusiasm for food as medicine. Plus, the service was super friendly and the food was great!

Had the delicious coco-cocoa nut smoothie, without coconut crystals, and avocado subbed for banana so it was keto friendly. Highly recommend!

Delicious juice and great, healthy food. I liked it so much, I came back the next day. Thanks for such a great spot!

I love this place. Every time I come to hood river I get a smoothie from here every morning. Delicious and the owner is super friendly and proud of his shop which truly shows!

Just stopped in on my way home to order 2 smoothies.The young man taking my order seemed high. He was slow and lacked customer service skills . He took 15 minutes to make 2 smoothies and forgot the almond butter in one of my smoothies. For a $7 smoothie I was not impressed. Next time maybe higher people who are able to make the menu items correctly.

Amazing food! The Hood River burrito was so good! And they can make it vegan! All the juices are fresh and organic. Will definitely be back.
